Easy to navigate, barware of high fees

How easy it is to navigate and how fast money gets to my account

The fee they charge up is pretty high, but most workplaces cover that

Excellent Financial Organization and Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of the platform is very good to keep myself financially organized. I like to know when I'm receiving and how much before it is happening. Also, it is good to find the contracts and everything in just one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not thought about anything I dislike. I never used the option to get the money faster than the current withdrawal timeframe, so I would not be able to disclose about that, but I see that there are some taxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know about the problems, but I like the platform communication, for example: receiving the email confirming the amount that is being sent to my account. Or even when the payer has accepted the amount that is going to be sent to my account.
Simple and Comprehensive, But Customer Support Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
What I value most about Deel is how straightforward it is for users, yet it still manages to provide thorough support for all our needs as contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find disappointing about Deel is the lack of commitment from their customer service support. The time it takes to resolve issues is excessively long, and their support team does not seem to take full ownership of client concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem thar Deel is solving it’s the payment mechanism for contractors, and that benefits me because I’m an independent contractor.
Fast Transactions, Quick Support and Ease of use Make It Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Fast Transactions, quick customer support, and it is very easy to use. Both the website and app are always up with no delays. The Deel virtual card is just awesome

So far there has not been anything negative from my side working with them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am easily able to transfer or use our normal currency or even digital currencies. I am able to use the Deel virtual card, which makes it easier for me to purchase. cards from my local bank came with transactional charges, when I make international payments, Deel makes it easier and cost-effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to receive and send money in a currency that presents issues in my country, and i love to use it is as my savings acc. I love that it is very secure and every step takes a lot of approval, i fele my money is safe.

I dont like that sometimes transfers dont work and i have to cancel and redo it

It is solvin the big issue of receiving another currency in my country, as it allow us interpreters and independent contractors to get paid and not lose money in the exchange of currencies.

I can use my virtual card and make purchases all over the world. I can send money in crypto to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not good, it always takes time to start and asks for data again. The UX could improve and be more modern and easier to use with fewer options. Add more withdrawal methods with lower fees for crypto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my case, I can charge for my work in a strong currency like the dollar and not in Argentine pesos. It benefits the company by not having to pay social charges in the country.

It facilitates me to work for a company outside my country, to have a place to save and update my contract and to receive and transfer payments very easily

Nothing, if anything, comisions. But I understand every platform charges comisions

I have a way to electronically sign my contract, and my invoices. I can receive my payments there and easily transfer them into my bank account
