What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive, payroll management is very punctual, it is a very efficient service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet encountered any problems with Deel.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Deel because it ensures my income is fixed, leaving no room for payment shortages, which gives me peace of mind and financial stability. I find the notification feature incredibly useful; it simplifies the process by automatically notifying me when my salary is approved, eliminating the need for constant manual checks. The Deel Advance feature is a standout, serving as a lifesaver for everyone, especially employers, by making financial management more manageable and convenient. Additionally, the onboarding process was remarkably straightforward and effortless, making the initial setup a breeze. I also value how Deel centralizes everything, including contracts and payments, automating the process and ensuring timely payments without any extra hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to load the dashboard hopefully they will take a look at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deel to effortlessly track and receive my salary, getting notified once it’s approved by my employer. The Deel advance feature is a lifesaver, and it ensures my payments are automatic and timely, eliminating any payment shortages.

It take a cost to make a bank transfer to a Ecuadorian bank

None, I ask my first withdraw was decline and just said that need to try again

I like the fact that every is easy to use, clear and practical. I love to know that my tools are there where I need them and it makes me feel at ease.

The dashboard and notification are very use to use and understand. I use it almost every week. There are features that I don´t use. However, when was seting up a contract it was very easy to do it.

Sometimes I get notification on my email without details, when I try to see the details on Deel it does not offer any other information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to recieve payments, and they provided a lot of information on how to setup my contract.
Extremely easy to add payment info, clear process for everyone involved, hasn't failed Micro1 yet!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated how simple the onboarding process was, especially when it came to adding my bank information. Everything was very straightforward and took less than an hour, which is impressive considering that onboarding at other jobs has taken me several days. With the automatic payment to your bank account, I don't have to use Deel at all since this onboarding stage!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were directly integrated with Hubstaff, so that the information would automatically appear there. Our finance team transfers the data at the end of each payment cycle, which works well overall, but it often confuses many workers who don't see any updates until just before the payout.
