What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Deel for two years as a contractor, and I find it very beneficial compared to previous payment methods. Deel's process is not as costly as directly sending money to my bank account, which was a very bad and expensive experience. The setup with Deel was straightforward, and filling out the required forms was not difficult at all. This simplicity is a major factor for me. Deel effectively solves the issue of getting paid from a contractor’s standpoint, offering a straightforward, easy, and cost-effective solution. The simplicity of the software is what I like most; it's seamless for international transactions, enabling me to convert dollars into my local currency effortlessly, which is crucial for contractors working across borders. Moreover, certain features such as the Deel card and mobile app are extremely useful, especially when on the go, and the Deel advance feature stands out as a neat addition. Overall, the platform is simple to use, not burdensome financially, and aligns well with my needs as an international contractor.

I believe the mobile app could be faster. It's a very slow process sometimes, and I'm not sure if that's how the software is made or if it's another issue.

Deel allows distributing funds across multiple bank accounts with fast payments. It’s very convenient, which is why I asked my company to use Deel.

Overall, Deel has been improving. However, I think the review process for the Deel Card could use some work. When I applied for the card a while back, the user interface indicated that my card was approved, but when I contacted support, they told me I needed to complete additional verification. In the end, my card was not approved. The process felt completely non-transparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel enables me, as a contractor, to distribute my earnings among multiple bank accounts. I consider this to be the most useful feature.

Whenever I receive my pay, I am able to transfer any amount of my balance to my external bank account within just a few minutes.

At times, the customer support chat can be a bit slow to respond.

I find Deel very easy to use and self-explanatory, which makes the initial setup very smooth. One of the features that benefits me the most is sending money to my account, which is very fast. This means I can make payments and reimburse travel expenses efficiently, especially considering that I live in Brazil and receive payments from a company in the United States. This speed in money transfers really impresses me and makes my daily life much easier, as I don't have to wait long to receive the amount in my account.

I think the elements I use daily could be made more accessible. When I open the platform, it would be more convenient if I already found my priorities on the first page, instead of having to search and access through tabs.
