Timely payments, clear invoicing, and multiple options to withdraw the money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel charges higher fees compared to some local payroll solutions

Sending money from one country to another—especially for salary or contractor payments—is usually complex, slow, and expensive due to FX fees and remittance charges. It can also be legally sensitive, with requirements around FEMA compliance and local tax reporting.
Transparent Client Payments with Deel—Worry-Free Payouts
What do you like best about the product?
Its transparency with the client, since using Deel, as an individual contributor, I don't need to worry much about the payment anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm mostly using it for the payment feature, and I don't have any complain so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its payment auto-scheduling and withdrawal. It's very transparent and helping a lot to manage payment with the client.

Easy Local Payments and Smooth Setup with Deel Payroll
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of getting payments locally: other platforms tend to do international bank wires that have additional costs. Deel Payroll is much easier to use and set up: local bank payments, crypto withdrawals, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some concerns I have when you manage multiple contracts: it can be somewhat difficult to track your consolidated finances from all contracts you've signed as well as the scope of work that is involved in each contract. Many times, accessing that information can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

So far I have nothing to dislike about Deel Payroll

What do you like best about the product?
I like how quick and easy it is to receive my payment through your platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the commission taken from my salary to be reduced, or ideally removed altogether.

Fortunately, I’ve never had any problems with it.
Effortless Payments with Automatic Invoices and Fast Access to Funds
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple for me, I don't need to do anything to receive my payment, the Invoice is created automatically for each received payment, and the money is available as soon as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, no downsides for now. I just love it.

I'm a contractor; in this case, Dell Payroll solves the problem of "how to receive my payment." It's fast, secure, and offers me many options to withdraw my money.
From a user’s perspective the best choice
What do you like best about the product?
It had a virtual card as well as a virtual one, plus automatic withdrawal methods, and you can personalize how much will be automatically transferred
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is user friendly but a couple of times I find it difficult to find the correct total in USD or my local currency because it displayed a different amount to correct one, because there was some amount in the card, that part could be improve. But overall is pretty easy to understand

The virtual card is the best, because I don’t have to transfer the money to my local bank to use my balance

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to connect with my bank account and transfer my payments instantly. Also, it's easy to request PTO / Bonus.

I think it's difficult to find some areas, like bonuses. But not a problem overall
