What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and transparent. You can personalize your main page for easy access on things that you use the most.

Nothing really. I just hope it can compete with higher exchange rate.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is a secure and easy-to-use platform for the company's payroll payments, it allows creating contracts for the workers and sending payments quickly and securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if they could lower the withdrawal fees a bit.

Nothing but seamless payroll platform
What do you like best about the product?
First, Deel is super easy to access. You don't need to be a tech-savvy to learn the ins and outs of it. You need to withdraw your pay, it's already on the Home page. You need to download your invoice, you can just click your contract and there you can choose which invoice you'd like to download. Second is they offer a range of options on how you can withdraw your pay. It integrates well with some of the well-known online payment services like PayPal and Wise. As a virtual assistant working offshore, this is very helpful since we can choose which platform we'll transfer our funds who offers a better conversion rate, transaction fee, and other miscellaneous fees. It also shows how fast the transfer would take, so it's a very nice feature. Another thing is the Deel Advance feature. If your budget is short for the week, Deel Advance is there to save the day! Lastly, their customer support. I love that they have a live agent always available that you can reach out to whenever you need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only thing I dislike about Deel is the interest fee for the Deel Advance. I need to pay a base interest of $10 for small amounts, but hey, nothing's free these days. Maybe offer a flexible payment terms in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves our Payroll problem. I'm glad that my agency used this platform as their payroll service provider as it's very easy to use.

One thing I dislike about Deel is that sometimes payments take longer than expected to arrive, and it can be hard to get quick responses from support

Deel was able to allow me to be contracted to an Australian company while working from Singapore taking into consideration all relevant laws and processes in doing so.
The interface is intuitive and user-friendly — everything you need is easily accessible in one place
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature is the payment system — being able to link a bank account from anywhere in the world and transfer your money without any issues
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like is that it asks me for an extra code from the Authenticator every time I log into my account — but I understand it’s for security, so I can’t really complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has helped me solve international payment issues. I can see how long it will take for the money to arrive, and I get notified as soon as it’s available. I can access the platform quickly and transfer my money to my bank account without any problems
