Quick money transfer, but the manual process is an inconvenience

That the transfer of money is very fast

To be a global platform for making payments to collaborators wherever they are located

The ease of carrying out all the processes of payment movement, the dashboard, and the security filters.

Nothing really, everything has been quite simple.

The only thing I would change is that the support is sometimes difficult because it's only in English.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, everything is displayed where I can easily see it, and it has the Invoice option which I find really useful.

I can't think of anything I disliked about Deel.

I do not own the business, I'm an employee within my company. However, I know that it's used for Payroll across several different countries.
Deel makes payment and contract management much easier
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is that it is very easy to use. Everything is quite clear from the start and the platform guides you, so you don't have to waste time figuring out how it works. Payments and contracts are well automated, which makes everything much simpler. Also, when I've had questions, the support has responded quickly and in a friendly manner, which is appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the experience has been good. If I had to mention something, I would say that some features could be a bit more flexible or customizable, but it's nothing that affects daily use. Overall, everything has worked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has helped us greatly simplify everything related to hiring and paying people in other countries. Before, it was quite a manual process, and we had to be mindful of legal issues, contracts, and payments in different currencies. Now everything is in one place and works automatically, which saves time and prevents errors. Additionally, it is reassuring to know that everything is managed correctly and that support is available when questions arise.

Good all round payroll platform, could use some tweaks for VAT specific issues

Removes the tracking and payments regarding everything salary which saves a lot of time and headaches!

Sometimes the app can be a bit confusing to use, and some tweaks so specifics like VAT and invoices might require contacting the support several times to get it sorted.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I’ve started to appreciate more about Deel Payroll is how easy it is to keep everything in one place without needing to follow up manually. Payslips are always available on time, and the breakdown is clear, so it’s easy to understand what you’re being paid and why.
I also like that updates and requests, like leave approvals or profile changes, are handled pretty quickly and without a lot of back-and-forth. It just feels more organized and less stressful when managing work-related admin.

What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the overall ease of navigation. While the platform is functional, some sections still feel a bit buried or not as intuitive as they could be, which can slow things down when you’re trying to find something quickly.
It would also help if there were more guidance or clearer prompts in certain workflows, especially for first-time users. That would make the experience feel smoother and reduce the learning curve a bit.

Deel gives visibility of your payment schedule, deductions, fees, and taxes. This helps you understand exactly how much you’re getting, why deductions are what they are, etc.
Smooth Payments and Intuitive Platform, but Support and Fees Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how smooth and reliable the payment process is. Getting paid on time, in my preferred currency, without any extra effort has been a big plus. The platform is very intuitive, and I like how transparent everything is — from invoices to contracts. It also gives me peace of mind knowing compliance and taxes are handled correctly in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the support response time can be slow for specific issues, especially when it requires escalation. Also, some of the fees and exchange rates could be a bit more competitive, especially for international transfers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel removes all the complications of working with international clients — things like contracts, tax compliance, and cross-border payments. Before using Deel, getting paid from abroad could take weeks or involve high transfer fees and paperwork. Now everything is centralized, automated, and compliant, so I can focus entirely on my work instead of worrying about admin tasks or payment delays. It’s made freelancing and remote work much smoother and more reliable.

Mobile application has been wonderful which is one of the best part

None that I can think about, but yeah lower fees would be good :D
