Efficient and Easy to Use from the Start
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Deel is how easy it is to use. From my very first interaction with the platform, it was simple and straightforward to navigate.

I haven't had any negative experiences so far. So none
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps solve a lot of business problems by keeping everything in one place. I like that it give you easy access to my contract, makes it simple to submit queries or request time off, and allows me to access my pay all from one platform.
Simple to Use, But Pay Schedule Needs Improvement

It’s easy to use. I like the app and customer service was great.

Inconsistent pay times. Too many times, my payment was late.

It made getting paid as a contractor easy.
Easy-to-Use Payment System with Helpful Support, but Unpredictable Payout Times
What do you like best about the product?
The payments system is very easy to use. The money can easily be tracked, withdrawal is allowed from multiple flexible methods. Support is very helpful. The setup process was quite easy. And I use it on monthly basis and it has easily replaced other payout methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payout times are inconsistent. Occasionally, withdrawals are processed within a few hours, but at other times, it can take several days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier I faced issues in receiving payment from international clients with full trust. Now I can easily trust on this platform.
Fast and Productive Payments with Deel

Its very fast and productive whenever I received my money.

I have no complaints; everything is working smoothly with Deel.

It was difficult and was a hassle to get salaries from outside of Pakistan but with Deel its a smooth experience

that I get to have a deel card that I can use to pay anything around the world. easy to add. we have deel advance which is great.

Great Withdrawal Options and Support, but Payment Delays Occur

Withdrawal methods & support, web user experience

Sometimes my clients make the payment, but Dell delays the delivery
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it much easier for me to receive international payments. It solves the usual problems with delays, currency conversions, and payment methods by providing a reliable and fast platform. Thanks to Deel, I can easily withdraw funds in my local currency.

I like deel’s user friendly interface and also how consistent it is in terms of moving money.

The deel AI assistant, it is very slow and lacks proper answers.

Great Fund Transfer Feature, but Needs Better Shortcut Access
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to transfer funds to multiple banks is an important feature for me. I am interested in how feasible and straightforward this process is with the service.

The first page should display all the shortcuts, such as agreements, invoices, and other key items.

Great Payment Features, But Perks Not Relevant for Fixed-Location Remote Workers

The customizable payment options and clear visibility into payment statuses

The perks arent interesting to me. Its more "remote lifestyle" than remote worker living in a fixed location-perks.
