Seamless Global Hiring and Payroll Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes it incredibly easy to hire and manage talent across multiple countries. The platform handles contracts, compliance, and payments smoothly, so I don’t have to worry about legal or tax issues. I especially love how intuitive the dashboard is—it’s clean, easy to navigate, and everything from onboarding to monthly payments is automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor downside is that support response times can vary depending on the complexity of the issue. But the team is always helpful and follows up to ensure everything is resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has completely simplified global hiring and payroll for my business. It’s a reliable, professional platform that lets me focus on growing my team rather than worrying about admin work.
Reliable plateform
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding with Deel has been very easy for me. It appears to be a reliable platform with a very intuitive user experience, which made me trust my company more when they chose to transfer salaries through Deel. Payroll processing is smooth, there are multiple withdrawal options, and there are no charges from their side. I believe Deel is a good option for companies to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet for me. Everything is good so far.

The platform is easy to use and understand, with a pleasant user interface. The registration process is straightforward, making it simple to get started.

It is not very easy for employees to check the status of their current payments.

As a foreign consultant, I have found Deel to be the best payroll platform we have used so far.

Deep addresses every issue efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions and offering users clear, detailed explanations for everything.
Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like is how Deel takes care of all the messy stuff—contracts, taxes, labor laws—through their EOR and PEO services. Plus, they’ve got this thing called Deel Shield that helps make sure contractors aren’t misclassified, which can be a major legal headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve noticed Deel can be a bit stiff when it comes to tweaking contracts or workflows. If your setup’s more complex, it’s easy to feel boxed in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel’s made it way easier to pay people across borders. I don’t have to deal with setting up entities or figuring out local tax stuff—it’s all built into the platform. I just onboard, run payroll, and it handles the rest. It’s saving me a ton of time and keeping things compliant, which is huge when you’re working with a global team.

It's very fast and gives you the option for conversion as well.

The support should be a bit faster. Other than the support, the platform is quite good, and I have been using it for almost 4 years.

It offers you integration with multiple platforms like Wise/Payoneer, which is great and required in my country. Also, it offers hr management.

Deel is simple, basic and easy. For this reason, i enjoy using Deel. It makes my work much easier.
