My experience with Deel it`s being great. I haved received my payments exactly on the date.
What do you like best about the product?
I like to know exactly when I`ll be paid.

I don`t like the charge for transferring to the bank.

I think the platform is easy to use, very intuitive, and there's lot of documentation available
Having used other EoR platforms, Deel has been the best experience so far.
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most about Deel is the wide range of features it offers and how seamlessly they are integrated within the ecosystem. This integration gives you a sense of security when receiving payments and also allows you to truly customize your experience according to your specific needs. Everything is quite automated so once you have set it all up, you don't, there is not need to constantly log in. The APP is also a nice addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using the platform, I found it somewhat overwhelming, and it didn't seem particularly intuitive to navigate. Once you get to use it, it is actually not hard to use and you can get around quite easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has streamlined payment processing and made it much easier for me to work with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel provides a wide variety of withdrawal options, allowing you to choose between cryptocurrencies like BTC or ETH, bank transfers via SWIFT or local methods through Wise, as well as Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, or Revolut. The payout speeds are impressive; some withdrawals, especially with crypto, can be nearly instant—taking just 5 to 10 minutes—while others, such as bank transfers, might require a few hours. Overall, the process is notably fast. Deel also offers reloadable prepaid virtual and physical cards, which are currently in beta. You can request activation from Alex, and once set up, you can move funds in and out of your balance instantly for purchases. It's important to note that Deel is not a bank, which can have tax implications. Since the funds are not held in your name, you technically haven't "received" payment until you withdraw it, so this is something to consider for tax reporting purposes. In my experience, customer support has been excellent and receptive to feedback. I tend to have high expectations for support, and there has always been someone available to assist me. Additionally, as an employee, I haven't encountered any Deel-specific fees when receiving or withdrawing payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employers may hesitate to create an account and pay for the service on a per-employee basis. Additionally, there is no option for anonymity, as you must provide your full personal details to verify your identity. The prepaid card operates using official exchange rates, which can be a disadvantage in countries like mine, depending on the local currency situation. It’s also important to note that this is not a bank; funds are not held in your name, so you technically haven’t 'received' your payment until you withdraw it. In the unlikely event of a company failure, there is no guarantee that you would be able to recover your balance.

Deel has made it much simpler for freelancers like me to receive payments from international clients, eliminating many of the usual hassles. I no longer need to chase after invoices, worry about currency conversions, or navigate complex banking arrangements. With Deel managing contracts, compliance, and payments all in one platform, I save valuable time and feel more at ease. The range of withdrawal options—including crypto, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, and Revolut—lets me pick the method that suits my needs for each situation. Additionally, their support team is both responsive and genuinely helpful, which contributes to a smooth and professional overall experience.
Easy way to make your life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very helpful if you are seeking a secure way to manage incoming payments. Additionally, it can function as a virtual wallet, which adds to its convenience. Obtaining a virtual card is straightforward and only takes a few steps, making it quite useful. There is also the option to get a physical card for an additional fee. Deel provides a variety of withdrawal methods, and the withdrawal process is impressively fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the bank's withdrawal fees could be better. There is definitely room for improvement in this area.

Now I no longer have to send invoices to my company.
Deel makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I never used any of these platforms before and after getting my contract with the company that I work for and after some research I found that Deel is the best way to receive my money directly to my account in my country, Peru. Many of other platforms charges you with a high fee for the transaction abroad, but Deel is fair, fast and easy. I am really happy and comfortable using this platform, I wouldn't change it for anything different.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could only think about the fact that the transfer is not immediate, but of course, given that it's abroad, I understand that it takes some time to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company that I work for works in the US and Deel helps me to recieve my money abroad in a short amount of time and with a very fair fee
Reliable Global Payout
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that Deel gives me, from bank transfer to e-wallets and other services that make it easier for me. The platform is also very transparent, payment timelines are clear, and I can easily track the status of my payout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides I noticed is that some withdrawal methods can take longer than expected. But it's understandable

Deel removes the hassle of getting paid internationally. I can receive my salary faster and with more flexibility since Deel offers multiple payout methods. It also gives me peace of mind knowing payments are secure and on time.

Honestly, getting started with Deel was way faster than I ever expected, I had my first international hire onboarded and ready to go in less than a day. The platform itself is just so intuitive; everything is easy to find, which makes running payroll each week totally painless for me. It connected perfectly with the accounting software, which was a huge relief and a major time-saver. But the best part, hands down, has to be the 24/7 customer support. Every single time I've had a question, I get a helpful answer from a real person in minutes. That peace of mind is invaluable.

While they advertise 24/7 support, it can really be hit-or-miss; sometimes you get an amazing, fast response, but other times you're left waiting for a real solution to a more complicated problem. The platform can also feel a bit rigid, and a few members have pointed out that international bank transfers can sometimes take longer than they'd like to actually land in their account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel's biggest win is that it completely solves the nightmare of international hiring and compliance. This has been a game-changer, giving us access to a global talent pool we could never have reached otherwise. It also saves the finance team a ton of time every month; instead of juggling a dozen different currencies and payment systems, one bulk payment is made, and Deel handles the rest. Ultimately, the best benefit is just the peace of mind.
