Easiest way to manage international contracts
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is how easy it makes managing international contracts and payments. The platform is very intuitive, everything is clearly organized, and payments are always processed on time. It saves a lot of time and eliminates the usual headaches of working with global teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are delays in the transfers, which can take up to 48 hours to be completed. It’s not a major issue, but it would be great if payments were processed a bit faster or more consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel addresses the challenges of handling international contracts, payments, and compliance. With Deel, I can collaborate effortlessly with companies around the world, free from concerns about legal or administrative complications. This not only saves me time but also guarantees compliance and offers a secure, transparent payment experience.
Good platform, very straight forward and easy to use

The ease it gives me as far as accessing my money and feeling confident it's safe for me to get to

The Dell advance is a great feature but it shou'd have fees associated because in turns it seems it's there to make Deel money and not be a serivce offered to us

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes everything about working with an international company so effortless. The platform is extremely easy to implement and integrate — I didn’t need any complicated setup or onboarding to get started. Everything just works smoothly from day one.
I also love how clear and transparent it is when it comes to contracts, payments, and currency conversions. I use Deel frequently, and every time it’s a smooth, reliable experience. The interface is intuitive, and the support team is always responsive and kind. It really gives me peace of mind knowing everything is handled securely and efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing to dislike! The experience has been consistently smooth and dependable — no complications at all, even with frequent use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Deel, I used to receive payments through my local bank, and it would take several days for the funds to arrive. After that, I’d still have to exchange them into my local currency, which meant lining up at the bank for hours.
With Deel, everything is so much easier. I now receive my payments right on schedule, and I can transfer them seamlessly to my local bank account where the currency is automatically converted. It saves me so much time, effort, and stress — I never have to worry about delays or manual exchanges anymore.

Straight forward, Simple but at times too many options going on.
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding tasks at the start were intuitive and felt like they really helped me understand the features and acclimate me to using what I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that I am not using that feel maybe redundant but that is only to my use case, it would also be nice to be able to talk directly to employer on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me get paid and work for a company overseas, making it not only easy but alsostreamlined .
Secure and Hassle Free Transfers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Deel notifies me of the transactions I do even on emails, I see that as an additional layer of security. I also love that I can transfer my earnings in a few clicks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nithing to duslike, but maybe a feature request to have an option adding approved time off to my phone's calendar

It has an option to transfer directly to Wise

I appreciated receiving messages and updates about the status of my payment.

I find it frustrating that I can't change the country setting to match the country I'm working in, as it is automatically set to my home country.

I appreciate the opportunity to work with foreign countries.
Global Payments Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Deel provides an excellent overall experience, particularly for handling payments and contracts on a global scale. The dashboard is straightforward and user-friendly, making navigation simple. My only concerns are that support response times could be quicker and the breakdown of fees could be more transparent. Despite these points, it remains a highly reliable platform that makes managing international work much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Responses tend to be slow or overly generic, especially when dealing with more complicated issues. Since each query is handled by a different agent, I often find myself having to explain the problem repeatedly.

A great platform to receive payments!
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to receive payments, manage them, and link my local bank accounts for transferring money. Reviewing transactions and keeping track of my finances is also extremely convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to access early payments or flexible financing plans. While the deel advance feature exists, its availability can suddenly become limited, even if you have previously used it and repaid on time.

Receive payment in other currencies other than my local one.
Pretty good payment roll platform
What do you like best about the product?
The options for withdrawals are wide and the app is very intuitive.

In my case, maybe I dont have options for local payments.

Transparent Payment Tracking, but Setup Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the transparency that Deel Payroll provides. I can see what timesheets were approved, where my money is, and all the options available for receiving my money. It's great to understand how fast my timesheets are approved and to ensure they are the correct ones. The transparency also extends to understanding how much money I will be receiving and knowing the payment options to transfer my money directly to my wallet. Monitoring my timesheets ensures they are appropriately approved by the company I'm working for, which is important to me. Additionally, the clarity on commissions charged when using their system is another aspect I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the promotions in Deel Payroll don't work from my country. I would really like the promotions to be adapted to my country. For instance, there's a payment option that was supposed to give $20, but when I installed it on my phone and tried to use it, Deel Payroll doesn't allow me to use that app. It's also a bit confusing because Deel Payroll only helps with setting up taxes on the US side, but doesn't assist with the international side, like in Mexico. I needed to hire an accountant to figure out how to set up the entire tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Payroll helps me receive payments from my US company while I'm based in Mexico without being involved in their US payroll system. The transparency in timesheet approval and payment options, including fees, is really beneficial.
