Managing payroll with this system is very convenient. The setup process is quick, and it is easy for individuals to use.

Effortless Payments: The platform offers a variety of withdrawal methods, like bank transfers or crypto, and I can choose the one that works best for me. The process is always smooth and reliable.

The withdrawal fees can sometimes feel a bit high, especially for smaller payments

Lack of Payment Transparency: It can be hard to track the status of an international payment, leading to uncertainty and delays
Deel is really flexible and intiutive, has powerfull ways and convinient ways to manage your money.

What I like most about Deel is that, as a contractor, you have many options for receiving your contract payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, you need to go through several steps to confirm your identity, which can take quite a bit of time to set up. However, once everything is configured, it works well.

International payments
Deel is an easy app!!!
What do you like best about the product?
That you can sign and upload contracts or documents required by the company in the app. And that it has step by step instructions to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app takes a while to load and sometimes it doesn't load properly at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to look for third party apps to send my money from Deel to my bank account. They have different options that shows you the commissions as well.
Overall great experience, very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user experience, it gives several methods of withdrawal which is very convenient for you to get your money, also you have some benefits for being with them, my favorite (and the one I use) is the SafetyWing partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I experienced was that my name was not correct in the contract, I had to send a request to my employer to change, but it was buggy as they approved it and took quite a while to update. I wish it didn't have the "approval" part as I as the user know how to correctly write my name. Also in the withdrawal flow, I would add a chat or customer support for them to guide you on the best way to withdraw your money, specially if you're not in the US it can be quite a journey to get the money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting paid on time and withdrawing the money to my local bank account. Before deel, my employer would get some issues sending the money to my account resulting in late payments, now with deel everything is on time.

When I started my subscription, I completed some forms required by the US government, but I never found how to download a copy of them.

I consistently have an excellent experience using Deel for managing contracts and receiving payments.

The automatic transfer process is too slow, so I usually end up transferring manually instead.

Handling online contracts and making overseas payments can sometimes be challenging. I have found that navigating the different requirements for digital agreements and managing international transactions requires careful attention to detail. Ensuring that all terms are clear and that payment methods are secure is essential for a smooth process.
