What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how simple and straightforward it is to use. Each service is designed in a way that feels truly user-friendly, making the overall experience very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I haven't encountered any downsides about Deel so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I don't have to think about my paycheck. Deel takes care of everything, from receiving the payment to automatically transfering it to my bank account.

What do you like best about the product?
The product has everything incorporated into it, from simple contracts to implementing complex contracts, along with the ability to manage taxes on the platform itself and EPFO as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit complicated and a walkthrough through international contracts could be improved. Region specific contract laws could be added to make the platform a central hub for everything/

The dashboard is straightforward and intuitive, which makes managing contracts, payments, time off, and other HR essentials simple. The automation of recurring payments and invoices helps save time, and Deel provides several payment options, which benefits both companies and workers.
Customer support is both responsive and well-informed, with live chat and dedicated account managers ready to assist you through more complex situations.

What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a drawback, it would be that the pricing can be somewhat high for startups or smaller businesses. Still, the value offered particularly in terms of time saved more than makes up for the cost for most teams looking to scale internationally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to worry about local laws, contracts, or cross-border payments, as everything is managed within a single platform. This not only saves me time and ensures compliance, but also allows me to concentrate on expanding the team without the typical HR hassles.

I have nothing to dislike. There is a slight delay in payment, but that is due to my bank.

Having a platform or software that keeps track of my work hours, contracts, and payments is very helpful. It also assists with requesting paid time off, making the whole process much easier.

Deel provides me with a one-stop solution to transfer my salary from my employer's country to my home country. I appreciate how easy and fast the transaction process is; it really makes things feel seamless.

Using Deel helped me access not just my salary but also our contract, time tracking, pay slips and other documents. I can see in advance the pay I will receive and when it will be transferred to my Deel account. Deel allows different methods of payments and was able to securely transfer my funds to my preferred accounts. It's very user-friendly. I was never confused on using it. It was introduced to us just last 2 weeks and I'm loving my experience so far. I use it whenever I need to check my invoices, salary, and time tracking. I'm glad we switched to Deel.

So far, nothing confuses me when I'm using it. I had no trouble navigating the app. I was able to use it on my laptop or mobile. So, what more can I ask?

When they moved to Deel, it was super easy to set up an account and I knew when I was going to be paid and how much.

I love that Deel is very straightforward and easy to use, which makes managing tasks a breeze for me. The way the categories are arranged is particularly useful and adds to the simplicity. Overall, the ease of use stands out prominently for me and contributes to my high rating of 9 out of 10.

The process of withdrawing money seems a bit unclear. I have been waiting to confirm if the money will be transferred to me as promised. I expect the process to be more transparent and for withdrawals to happen on time.
