Deel Made Cross-Continent Contracting a Seamless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been contracting for a US-based tech firm while living on another continent for the past year, and Deel has been the best experience I’ve had so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still unable to get a Deel card for some reason, I applied but was left hanging. Even though I checked the conditions and I was eligible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wise payments have been great.

A Stress-Free Solution for my Payroll
What do you like best about the product?
Its very simple to use and its easy to found the resourses we need. Also the design is very clean and modern which gives more credibility. The money is always sent VERY FAST to my account! I love it, also is a very safe plataform
What do you dislike about the product?
The taxes on the deel advanced are a little higher, however the amount of credit it gave to us is a very honest and is balanced with the amount the reflect to our account, which make the things better and easy to control!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting was one of my concerns and to fix that issue the platform automatically handles taxes, withholdings, and benefits correctly with my currency, and ensures filings are done according to local rules.
Easy Salary Withdrawals, Great Transfer Options, and Everything Well Organized
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easily I am able to withdraw my salary! We have many choices available and also benefits to save money in transfers. Also I like the way everything is organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider that the app for your cellphone does not always work correctly. Also in the option where you can set your money to be transferred automatically, the format that it's used for the setting it's not very comfortable to do from a cellphone.

Deel helped the company that I work for, to manage better and easily their employees payments. It also offers a variety of withdrawal options that was impossible for the company previously.

You really don't need another product, manage all the elements, from contract, vacation days, direct payment to your account.

Great Multi-Currency Management, But Fees and Long Contracts Hold It Back

I like that I can manage multiple currencies all in one place on a single site.

Fees. And that we need a long contract to pay

Intuitive Payroll with Accurate Regional Calculations
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive and helps reduce the risk of manual errors. Calculations are handled automatically for each specific region, so we don’t have to worry about miscalculating deductions. Their 24/7 support is also genuinely knowledgeable about local regulations, which is rare to find in a payroll provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
A significant downside is that the mobile app doesn’t offer full functionality. It’s fine for quick approvals or checking a payslip, but for any real administrative work or more complex contract adjustments, you still have to switch to a desktop. I’ve also run into occasional syncing glitches with third-party accounting software like QuickBooks, which then require manual fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit for me is peace of mind. I know our team gets paid on time, in their own currency, and they also have a professional self-service portal where they can download their payslips or tax forms whenever they need them. Overall, it makes our company look more professional to global talent and cuts down on the number of “where is my paycheck?” emails I have to answer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that I can xfer the money to any of my accounts in my country.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that charge too much for Deel Advance.

Not solving any problem tbh, but at least I got paid.
