Great, fast and understanding support
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is very active and understanding, putting in a lot of effort to help resolve challenging legal issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to add, as I understand the importance of providing standardized legal documentation.

Registering my remote address was a complicated process.
Very efficient and affordable way of transferring funds.
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very efficient and affordable in transferring money to my home country in Africa. Although it stated that it might take long to transfer money where SWIFT codes are required. the money was available within 24 hours. I was impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although due dilligence is required, the process involved too many questions to be answered that I felt where not necessary for my rquired service need of transfer of funds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of where funds will be at a certain point in time

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. I love how everything is organized into sections and how seamless the navigation is. Using the app is a great experience as well; super helpful to be able to view all of your information on the go
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to categorize/set aside my money; to be able to add different sections or a sort grouping instead of heaving all of my current amount together. For instance I would like to create a grouping with a specific quantity and label it “savings for my new phone” and separate that money.

Helps me solve the invoice with is super helpful!
Amazing tool to receive payments from all over the world
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to use, and I also like that it allows you to receive payments in one currency and then access those funds in any country or currency you prefer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints; I'm quite satisfied with what it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My employer is based in another country, and I receive my salary in a foreign currency. Deel has made the process of receiving my payments straightforward and transparent, allowing me to easily get paid in my preferred account and currency.
Best Experience Using Deel
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking process and the speed of remittance are the best aspects for me.

I have been using the platform for a short time, and so far, I have not found anything to dislike.

This platform addresses payment issues effectively. My employer uses it to send my payments, which I then receive directly in my local bank account. It has made the process much smoother for me.
Great way for remote contractors to get paid
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to manage individual contracts easily and efficiently and managing payments by contract. I appreciate the ability to have all of my contracts and tax documents in one place.

The platform was a little confusing to manage when I first signed up, particularly finding the tax information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a self-employed contractor supporting an international company, it makes getting paid easier. I get updates when payments are late and can track my time well.
A great but unusual experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is its incredible ease of use. The interface makes checking payments exceptionally simple, and the added feature of getting a debit card that integrates directly with Apple Pay makes it a significantly more convenient and agreeable platform. As a first-time user, I'm genuinely impressed and very happy with the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I'm generally happy with Deel, there are a few issues that have been bothersome. Specifically, the mobile app notifications are problematic. I frequently see a persistent count of pending, unread notifications, and marking them as read doesn't consistently make the indicator disappear.
Furthermore, I believe the fee for a physical card is too high, especially considering the extended delivery time required to receive it.

It can sometimes be bothersome to receive payments on a platform other than PayPal. In this case, finding a platform where my payroll from an international company can be paid is a great advantage

Like how fast payments go through: Payments arrive quickly, and I get a confirmation that it’s completed.

Dislike: nothing major so far: I haven’t run into notable issues yet, but I’ll update if something comes up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps with the headaches I face as a contractor: cross-border pay, onboarding delays, and compliance worries, plus FX timing and unclear payment status. The upside: I get paid in multiple currencies on one platform, with automated tax and forms taken care of. Onboarding is smoother, and I get quick payment updates so I’m never guessing. It feels secure and reliable, like I’ve got a trusted partner behind the scenes. Short and sweet—less admin, more cash flow. If you want it even shorter for a tweet or chat, I can trim it further.
DEEL PAYROLL SYSTEM
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it’s supper easy to do, you can do feel advance and have money before the pay date, the rates for transferring the money are low and you can request immediately with the payroll department any issues and arrangements with the payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I have nothing negative to mention. For me, it has been extremely useful and very straightforward to set up and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The payroll process works smoothly for me. Every second Friday, my payments are automatically deposited into my Feel account, and from there, I can easily transfer the funds to my local bank account.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Deel remarkably easy to navigate, which made setting up my account a breeze. Their customer support is outstanding—always fast, empathetic, and compassionate in resolving issues. I especially value the Deel Advance feature; it’s incredibly useful in emergencies when I need money quickly. The speed of their money transfer is impressive, taking less than an hour, which is crucial for my payroll needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that some of the frequently asked question articles are not updated regularly. This lack of updates can lead to misunderstandings, communication issues, and conflicts between clients. It would be beneficial if these articles were checked and updated more routinely, perhaps daily or whenever there are changes or updates happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deel for payroll and advance salary options, benefiting from quick disbursal within an hour and responsive customer support.
