Convenient platform
What do you like best about the product?
Deel offers a very user-friendly interface for setting up an account, entering all necessary details, and withdrawing funds. In my experience, the money arrives quite quickly, even when I choose a withdrawal method that is not instant.

You are required to update the app before you can keep using it on your phone.

I work remotely and receive my payments in foreign currency.

What do you like best about the product?
It gets the job done, it gets me paid on time.

The reliance on AI for support is frustrating. If you encounter a problem, you are left dealing only with AI, which shouldn't be the case especially when the issues are complex and urgent, often involving money or employment matters.
Getting real help is extremely difficult. When I used WeWork through Deel, it was the worst experience I've ever had. WeWork denied me access to their facilities, and no one at Deel responded to assist me. As a result, I was unable to access my job benefits due to poor customer service.

Deel works very well and provides the opportunity to work across multiple countries. It is extremely helpful for keeping your life, contracts, and work organized at all times.

Smooth Onboarding Process

I was the first person from my country to be hired by my company, and yet the process was so smooth that I could hardly believe it. It is really easy to use

Not as of now, one thing that they need to add is weekly payment for contractors.
