Best EOR Platform
What do you like best about the product?
This is a very convenient EOR solution for freelancers, no matter where you are in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate and hassle-free, making it convenient to use. I also appreciate that it is mobile-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to receive payments conveniently.

Deel is very straighforward ,easy to set and to understand, very easy to set the amount of time you work, to set automatic payments, insert all administrative documents,...

In Deel there are many tabs, most of them are not that useful, maybe merging certain tabs would be useful.

Deel works as a payroll for an international client, facilitating international payments on time
Easy, Fast and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and friendly interface, Money trasfer is so fast to your bank account. Digital and Physical cards are available. I haven't got any problem.

I haven't got any problem or dislike. All is okay

It provides to get my money easy and fast. Plus I get physical card as well so I can use many countries around the world.

The platform handles contracts, local tax laws, and benefits in one system, saving enormous time and effort. Its transparency, user-friendly design, and reliable customer support add great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel’s pricing can feel high, especially for small businesses scaling globally. Some features are limited by country coverage, creating inconsistencies in service. Navigation for advanced settings occasionally feels less intuitive. Customer support response time, though generally good, sometimes lags. Additionally, integration with third-party tools could be more seamless and flexible.

Very easy and fast
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been an excellent tool for receiving payments from my freelance work. The platform is easy to navigate, and with the Deel card, I can access my funds as soon as I get paid. I really appreciate this feature!

Sometimes the app experiences a bit of lag, and I would appreciate it if this could be addressed.

I receive payments for my work as an independent contractor. I work remotely as a medical interpreter and get paid through Deel.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Deel's punctual payment delivery; I receive my payments right on time, every time. The setup process was surprisingly easy, with clear, step-by-step guidance on the website and app. I love the Deel app’s user-friendliness, making it convenient for transactions without needing to use a computer. The affordable fee structure is another plus, making transactions cost-effective without having to rely on multiple softwares or incur excessive charges.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the fees to be a bit high and would appreciate a reduction. Although the fees are reasonable compared to other platforms, lowering them could enhance the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel ensures timely payment with reasonable fees, eliminating delays and high costs associated with other platforms. The ease of setup and user-friendly app make managing transactions convenient, avoiding the hassle of using multiple platforms or extensive technical support.
It's a pretty straight forward to use for the worker
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and easy to understand the status of where my money's at as well as when's the next payment, it really does make It easier to know and gives me peace of mind as well when receiving my payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there's some data that could help improve the experience, for example sometimes I feel like they say a payment is "going to arrive in 3 days" as their default text which can confuse and worry people as the wording that's being used. I feel like they could say "IT MAY take up to 3 days" without assuring people it will get at the 3rd day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me receive my payments with ease and also helps me be safe by having a contract with my employer that way we are in a sense "safe" or gives us more reassurance that we are going to get paid. Also signing a contract and having my contract always easy to access also helps a lot.
Terrible app
What do you like best about the product?
I don't. It is clunky. Difficult to use. Says I have been paid when I clearly haven't as not uploaded any bank details. Would NOT recommend
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything. Very difficult to use and the invoices don't match what is entered
