What do you like best about the product?
Fast, reliable, excellent customer support and assistance with details. Payments reach amazingly fast and not having to pay bank charges on every instance until it reaches the recipient is the best of all that we have found! It is simply amazing!

Haven’t found it anything we don’t like until now

High bank charges, employees having to mobilize to different locations to collect money and providing amazing comfort

The application itself is very user friendly and their customer service through chat is also very helpful.

Not sure if it is with my phone only but the application is kindly slow.

Great app for Payroll
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is easy to set up you have your contract linked, you can add your bonus and add multiple withdrawls methods such you bank account, wise and paypal. It's very intuitive and friendly.

Nothing so far, the app is great and I didn't have any problem yet.

International Payroll, this allow me to be in contact with companies all over the world
A good platform

I like that it is very easy to use Deel, and everything that you have to do is there within the platform.

Nothing. Everything is good; the withdrawal process and options are good. Everything works well for me.

Deel is an excellent payment platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that as soon as you receive your payment, it notifies you with emails, and it also shows your balance and keeps you informed about when you would receive this in the virtual wallet. Another thing I adore is that upon receiving your payment, you can choose from a variety of options to withdraw it, and all are easy to use, and if you choose instant payment, at most 5 minutes later you have your money. It is very fast, simple, and secure, and if you have a problem, Deel's support responds to you that same day. It is a platform you can use daily to receive and send payments securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it sends so many ads to the email or insists on that referral thing, but it's something that can be deactivated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is a virtual payroll platform for independent contractors, I have tried others, but this is definitely the best.
If it isn’t deel I cannot make it a deal

The convenience of the platform the seamless transitions between pages and what I need to do just isn’t the same compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the log in security should be more seamless. I’ve had troubles in the past logging in. Also the loading times were not great.

Faster page loading times. Benefitting my workplace performance.
End to end HR solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using both the web and mobile application. The UI is impressive. I've never encountered with any problem while accessing the platform. Everything from contract, payments to approvals; it is a full package of HR with payrolls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really appreciate if they can allow users to add third party bank accounts for the withdrawals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helped throughout the onboarding process starting from contract signing, documents verifications to the regular use for payrolls and withdrawals.
