What do you like best about the product?
1.Deel handles local labor laws, contracts, and tax compliance across many countries, which saves tons of time and legal headaches.
2.Payments are usually processed quickly and in multiple currencies/methods (like PayPal, Wise, or direct deposit).

1.Templates are standardized and sometimes don’t allow much flexibility for unique roles or agreements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deel for managing contracts and work agreements with international clients in a streamlined and compliant way.
Easy to use, no paperwork attached, works everywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it works wherever I live. I didn't need any paperwork to get it going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currency exchange rates are off in regards to the actual market rates.

Getting me paid every month directly to my local bank account.

with thier advance payment facility you can get paid in advance, payoff off invoices and keep the job going

Deel is easy to understand and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to edit my default invoices. There are some details that need to be changed or added, e.g. a phrase regarding the reverse charge mechanism or the invoice number which needs to be continous with my other invoices I write outside of deel.

Wie zuvor erwähnt, möchte ich Rechnungsvorlagen anpassen können um zB ein wichtige Information bzgl. Reverse Charge hinzuzufügen oder die fortlaufende Rechnungsnummer anzupassen.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the transfer is done in a short time, I like that it is done in your country's currency, and the payroll advance is phenomenal.

I don't have anything I don't like, it would be that it had more products.

fee for cash advance !! contractors are simple employees who receive salary. Deel business must focus on "providers" that trust deel to hire people. Dont make business with those hired people that work hard every day !!

The $25 tax is too much. I would rather $10. I know that for U.S. $25 it's not much but I just earn $20 per day, then $25 it's all my day work and just for you.
