Great Experience with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and Efficient, customer support is fast to action on concerns.

This tool makes payments simple, ensures payroll is secure, and is overall very easy for our company to use.

That it's easy to use, very user friendly. It's well organized and it delivers all your payments right on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
'd like for it to have more payment options like Wise, for example. The verification process flows well though.

Sending payments to initernational countries, and logging hours in the best and easiest way.

I like the facility to transfer my money to my personal accounts

Good platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good platform. The contract part is the easiest one.

Nothing to declare, I've been enjoying the platform so far.

Poor performance and experience as an Asian but it works
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to get paid and paid on time. The app is both available on the web and on mobile phones which is helpful. Getting connected with Wise payments was also very easy. They have a wide selection of options for getting paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a really long time to load from the mobile app and the application is constantly receiving updates in the Web app so it always needs to be reloaded.
Verifying my identity in the application was a difficult process because it would scan my identity card and assume my first name and last name rather than using what I have inputted. It would always get my first name and last name wrong because Asian names have the first name last and the last name first which is the opposite of western names. This would have prevented me from getting paid because the name that Deel stores in their system was completely different from my bank account. Thankfully, the customer service was good and helped me resolve this after a week. After getting set up there were no more issues.

Using deel for my contract work payment : Very seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to navigate from accessing my contract to submitting the required documentation. It was all easy as well to add my payment method which was my worry but the process through deel made me less anxious.

The verification process for my identification did take at least two attempts which was a bit inconveniencing but it all worked out at the end

It is making it easier for the contractors to securely share contracts and also send payments of the work done through the platform.

That there is a fee that one has to pay.

I like that it notifies me when i get pay, offers lot of options to get the money and ships fast.

The web and the app sometimes feels slow.

Ease of use.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is how smooth and reliable it is for getting paid internationally. I’ve been using it for about five years now, and it’s honestly made my freelance life so much easier. The payments are always on time, the interface is super clean, and I love that I can choose how to withdraw my money (bank transfer, Wise, Payoneer, Coinbase, etc.). Deel also handles all the tax forms and contracts, which saves a ton of time and stress. It’s basically plug-and-play — you just sign your contract and get paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I’d mention is the conversion rates and fees. They’re not terrible, but you do lose a little bit when converting currencies or withdrawing funds depending on the method. Also, the verification process and compliance checks can be a bit strict or slow at times, especially when you’re setting up your account for the first time. But once everything’s verified, it runs smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel basically solved all the headaches I used to have with getting paid by international clients. Before using it, I had to deal with random payment delays, complicated invoices, and high transfer fees from different platforms. Now everything’s in one place — contracts, payments, taxes, and compliance stuff. It’s super convenient because I don’t have to chase clients for payments or worry about whether the money will show up. Deel also gives me multiple payout options, so I can choose whatever works best for me at the time. Overall, it just saves me a lot of time and stress, and lets me focus more on my work instead of dealing with payment logistics.
