Best End User Pay Platform
What do you like best about the product?
As an end user, what I like best about Deel is how simple and reliable it makes the whole process of working with international companies. The platform is very user-friendly — setting up your profile, signing contracts, and submitting documents takes only a few minutes. Payments are handled smoothly, with multiple payout options and clear visibility of when and how you’ll get paid. I also appreciate the transparency in contracts and payslips, which makes it easy to understand deductions and currency conversions. Customer support is generally responsive and helpful, which gives confidence when dealing with cross-border work. Overall, Deel saves time, reduces stress, and makes remote work across different countries feel organized and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be great ifDeel can deposit directly to the bank accounts the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the biggest problems that come with working for companies across different countries — mainly getting paid easily, staying compliant with local laws, and managing contracts safely. Before Deel, freelancers or remote workers often had to deal with delayed payments, confusing tax rules, and unclear agreements. With Deel, everything is handled in one place: contracts are legally compliant, payments are processed quickly, and taxes or deductions are clearly shown. For me as an end user, this means I don’t have to worry about chasing payments or understanding foreign regulations — I can focus on my work while knowing everything is handled properly and securely.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Deel organizes its internal hierarchy of information. The navigation is intuitive, the menus are clear and easy to understand, and everything is structured logically. The email communication is also well thought out — I only receive relevant messages with the necessary information. This simplicity and focus make the overall experience very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the lack of partnerships with Portuguese companies. Using Deel in Portugal doesn’t bring any real advantages beyond simply receiving your salary. It would be great to see Deel become more integrated into the local ecosystem, offering benefits or collaborations that make the platform more complete for those living and working here. I cannot cahnge my work email for personal one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel allows me to work from Portugal for a U.S. company easily and legally. It handles all the contracts, payments, and compliance, so I can focus on my work without worrying about bureaucracy.

I believe this is a good platform that allows me to manage my money easily.

For now there is nothing to dislike, I haven't face any issue with it.

On other platforms, receiving money can be complicated, or the fees for transfers are simply too high.
The Simple and Easy Payment Processor
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the variety of options available for withdrawing funds, as well as the different methods for submitting hours worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out, but I do wish that when submitting hours, there was an option to open a calendar and simply click on each day to enter my hours per day, then submit them all at once. Right now, I have to go in for each day, enter the hours, save, and repeat the process, which feels a bit tedious.

This is a convenient way for me to access funds needed for my work.

What do you like best about the product?
In short, the app has good navigation, is intuitive, doesn't overwhelm you with information, everything is where it should be, and just the right amount of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets a little slow, which means that when an approval or validation is required, the notification sent expires before you can approve or reject it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problem of having a contract and a streamlined payment method that integrates with other wallets.
Deel is best
What do you like best about the product?
I used Deel for the very first time, but it didn’t feel like a new experience because the platform is so easy to use and navigate. I was able to track my payments, contracts, and everything else without any trouble. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I didn't like is that when I receive money in my account, it doesn't update immediately. Sometimes it takes a while, even days, for the update to show. However, I consider this a minor issue because there are so many advantages to using this service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The payroll management features make it much easier to keep track of payments. I find that monitoring and organizing payroll is more straightforward and efficient with this system.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that they share all the information you need to know. They share the fees they charge when making transactions, you can easy download documents you need such as contracts or pay slips, and the interface is user friendly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing to improve is the app, I feel it is a bit laggy sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, great quick customer support, never having to guess about employee or employer info, easy access to all documents anywhere, anytime. i use this weekly and will tell anyone to go for it with DEEL.

I don't have any negative comments. wait maybe just something to look into is the cost when withdrawing as the exchange rate from US to ZAR for me is a bit high.

Deel for receive payments from Colombia
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is a very useful platform for receiving payments in USD from my employer. One of its biggest advantages is the flexibility it offers — I can add multiple destination accounts in Colombia, including savings accounts from practically any local bank.
Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient service, but depending on your needs, it’s worth considering the transaction costs before deciding how to use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Until recently, transferring money to Colombian bank accounts was free, but now there’s a $15 transfer fee. However, it’s still free to transfer funds to the Deel virtual credit card or to Payoneer.

Reduce again the tranference cost fee to Colombian bank accounts
