Straightforward experience, and intuitive step by step process
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to setup an account, sign contracts and review the requirements. Lots of security options as well to ensure your account is safe. Overall, an easy experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked more information about how to fill in legal and tax documentation, based on the details Deel has about me.

The fee to convert from one currency to another.

Very easy to use, I receive in dollar and convert to real very easy.
Deel will ignore and gaslight you for more than a year when they could fix the issue in a week

They fixed their app file uploads. This time they could spend actually reading the country tax code.

They knowingly ignore the tax issue when it can be solved in less than a week. I talked to all the accountants and THEIR accountants and EVERYBODY confirmed that the way they are doing stuff is unoptimal and just stupid financially

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Deel for the past 4 months, and I find it really easy to use and simple to implement in any organization as a payroll solution. It helps me track and maintain salary slips effortlessly, and I use it on a daily basis. Their customer support is also very responsive and always available to help.
I also like how seamless the integrations are, plus Deel offers great rewards and benefits for its users—like discounts on hotel bookings and more. My favorite feature, though, is the automatic withdrawal option that kicks in as soon as your salary is credited.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike about Deel, but sometimes the platform can take a little extra time to load or refresh. Aside from that, my experience has been smooth overall.

The problem Deel is solving for me is that it ensures my salary is deposited directly into my account on time, along with accurate salary slips. It also allows me to manage and access all my payroll details easily in one place.

Some withdrawal methods come with higher fees depending on the currency or provider, which can add up over time. I also wish there were more low-cost options for freelancers in regions with limited banking infrastructure. Occasionally, navigating the help center feels a bit slow when I need quick answers.

It also helps me stay compliant with local tax regulations, which used to be a major stress point.

The charges of deel are fixed for a specific mode of transfer. Also, there are no hidden charges.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a minimum withdrawal amount, which I feel is wrong. The other thing which i dislike is the currency exchange rate is not realtime.
