A Great Solution for Freelancers Working Worldwide
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is convenient for global payments, offering fast transfers, multiple withdrawal options, and a clean, easy-to-use interface. It’s reliable for freelancers and remote contractors, with generally responsive customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fees and exchange rates can be higher than expected, and some payment methods take longer to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the problem of getting paid easily and securely for international work. It allows me to receive payments from clients in different countries without worrying about currency conversions, delays, or complicated banking processes. It’s fast, reliable, and makes managing freelance income much simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how there are options to not be charged for every transaction. It takes longer for the money to transfer but at least there’s no huge chunk of fees. Of course, there’s an option for immediate transfer as well in case the money is really badly needed, which I think is a good option. I love how Deel offers choices, and that there’s a choice not to pay on fees. The exchange rates are also very accurate, there are no interests.

It was kinda confusing to navigate at first. So if you could make the interface more user friendly, that would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems on exchange rates, transfer fees, and even interests. I love how Deel gives us options.

I get paid and can manage my money instantly. The platform allows me to send to any account and some have free integration, which makes everything easier, faster and cheaper.

What I dislike about Deel is that sometimes the fees can feel a bit high, especially for smaller projects or short-term contracts. Also, there are moments when payment processing or verification takes a little longer than expected.
But honestly, these are minor things compared to the overall experience — the security, organization, and support make up for it. It’s clear that Deel keeps improving, and that’s something I really appreciate.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it became possible to control my funds. Now I receive my income always in time. Also I love the support - even AI chat is helpful.

It was hard a bit to register - to get what type of contractor to select.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe this platform is a must-use for every developer working internationally. It allows you to have secure contracts with companies from outside your home country, all from the comfort of your own home. Even more importantly, it offers multiple withdrawal methods to help you manage your finances with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the app has some kind of bugs when I want to use it as MFA, it freezes and I have to send multiple times the request authorizations, consider that I have an Android (Xiaomi Redmi 13).

It simplifies payments between developers and contractors. Contractors can pay in their preferred currency, while developers receive in their local currenciy or choose how they wan to manage their funds.

Not applicable, so far they managed to fix everything fast.

The account got blocked due to suspicious activities in some regions - Deel unblocked it quick upon verification.

I am truly impressed by how Deel communicates with its clients. In particular, Deel consistently provides timely updates throughout the different stages of the payment process. Clients are informed from the moment their payment is approved, through processing, the expected waiting period, and finally when their funds are ready for withdrawal. This level of communication fosters a strong sense of trust and convenience, which may not always be found with other payment platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel offers clients the ability to receive advance payments once certain criteria are met. However, I believe Deel could enhance this feature by allowing clients to repay the advanced amount at any time with a simple click, instead of requiring them to wait until the advance reaches its maturity date.

Deel is simplifying inter-country payments, making them more affordable and hassle-free, which in turn supports remote work.
