Easy and low fee
What do you like best about the product?
Though it is a heavy app, either for Android or Apple devices, I find it very user friendly to anyone doing business in a different currency. Also, its notifications are always on point and the money comes easily to my local banking account.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be faster since it is a heavy app yo load up when accessing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I would like for them to have an early release when it comes to sending the money paid by the employer to the employees so weekends and national holidays cannot interfere.

What do you like best about the product?
As a freelance software contractor, Deel has taken a lot of the stress out of getting paid by international clients. Instead of worrying about invoices, compliance, or whether I’ll run into banking issues, I just set things up once and it runs smoothly after that.
The dashboard is clean and easy to understand, and I really appreciate how transparent everything feels compared to some of the other platforms I’ve tried.
Payments land on time, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing taxes and legal aspects are handled correctly is huge for me. It lets me focus on my actual work instead of chasing down admin tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only part that wasn’t as smooth was onboarding. A couple of the dropdown/select menus were buggy, and in places where autocomplete would have saved time, there weren’t any suggestions.
It’s not something that stopped me from getting through the process, but it did make it slower than I expected. Once I was past that, though, I didn’t run into the same issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel takes away most of the headaches of working with international clients. Normally, as a freelancer, I’d have to deal with complicated contracts, make sure I’m compliant with local laws, and worry about how or when I’ll actually get paid. Deel simplifies all of that. Contracts are standardized and legally sound, payments arrive on time in my local currency, and I don’t have to chase invoices or figure out tax implications on my own. This saves me a ton of time and lets me focus on delivering quality work instead of juggling paperwork and payment logistics.

Its customer service staff were willing to attend to me as soon as I requested some help.

It should have more info about local banks they support for instant card deposit.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is how simple and reliable the platform is for receiving international payments. It’s very user-friendly, supports multiple payout methods, and the exchange rates are transparent. I also appreciate the compliance features and the fact that everything is centralized, which makes managing contracts and invoices much easier.

The main drawback I’ve noticed is that some payout methods can take longer than expected depending on the bank or region. The fees can also feel a bit higher compared to alternatives in certain cases. It would also be nice to have more local payout options in some countries.

Without it, I would need to manage contracts, invoices, and banking complexities on my own, which can be stressful and time-consuming. With Deel, everything is centralized—I can sign contracts, track earnings, and withdraw funds easily. This has saved me time, reduced uncertainty with cross-border payments, and given me peace of mind knowing that my work and payments are handled securely.

seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
for me living in Argentina dealing with other platforms was awful, having to move the money around so much with so many movements , clicks, delays and different accounts all to lose a significant percentage in fees. So I like that deel solves most of those problems

the ai assistant is kinda useless for most inquiries. I'd have to request a chat with an agent to get accurate answers

Great app for payroll
What do you like best about the product?
My client for 2+ years has been using Deel for my payroll and I can say everything is seamless. I am notified once I get paid and I will just withdraw it to my bank account. It is credited there in minutes

Not that I can think of. I had reached out to their customer service once and they are helpful as well.

Easy crediting and withdrawal of my pay. Everything is seamless. Now they also introduce auto withdrawal which reduces the time it takes to get my money
Fastest and most transparent payment service I came across
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is transparent and makes the payment process as comprehensible as it can get. Never had to use customer support, because the process did not leave any question. As soon as my company pays me via deel, I basically already have the money on my bank account. Which makes it the best experience I ever had as a freelancer. On top of that, deel offers a lot of bonuses and programs, but its too much if you want to check it out for only a few minutes.

The bonus program is so extensive that you lose overview of what you could benefit from.
