Nice Rewards and Easy Payroll, but High Fees and Limited One-to-One Support
What do you like best about the product?
The rewards were nice, and the payroll was easy (e.g. getting stubs).
What do you dislike about the product?
I heard the fees were quite high, and wasn't as dedicated one-to-one as other platforms

Just the general mangement of payroll and being the employment of record (or whatever you call it)

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is how smooth and stress-free the whole process is. Payments are fast, the fees are reasonable, and everything just works.
The app is very user-friendly, and it makes getting paid across borders straightforward without unnecessary back and forth. Overall, it removes a lot of the friction that usually comes with international payroll.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints. If anything, I’d say the only downside is payment timing can sometimes be a bit inconsistent.
Sometimes funds arrive the next day, other times it takes two days even when it’s not a weekend. Having clearer and more consistent expectations around payout timing would make the experience even better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Payroll solves the challenge of paying people across borders easily and reliably. It removes a lot of the stress around international payments, currency conversion, and compliance, so I don’t have to worry about those details.
For me, it means getting paid smoothly without complicated processes, delays from manual handling, or high fees, which makes working remotely much easier and more predictable.

Easy, On-Time Contractor Payments with a Smooth Self-Serve Process
What do you like best about the product?
I can get my payment very easily as a contractor. I was able to complete the whole process without any external intervention. The money always comes right on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Deel card can’t be used to withdraw money from an ATM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access my contract information at any time, understand the hierarchical flow within my company, and manage HR pending items.
A very useful tool for remote workers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is very automatized, I don't have to enter information every time that I need to transfer money. One advantage is that I can also do it over the phone!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Deel Payroll is only the functioning of the mobile app, it is sometimes clunky, and feels somewhat slow.

I work as a remote interpreter, Deel enables me to receive my payments, and it is very fast in sending the money to me!

What do you like best about the product?
I can automate the payment flow, which saves me time and it's easy to find invoices and check approval process

I have to check the invoice approval process manually, and I don’t receive notifications for each step.

The flow for submitting invoices and receiving payments is straightforward and easy to follow.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is the freedom to choose multiple withdrawal methods and the seamless integration of different clients into one platform. Deel also helps me in keeping track of my taxes while the virtual card is a game changer for online transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have expected Deel to offer better exchange rates for withdrawing funds. But this isn't so much a problem as the multiple withdrawal options helps one to move funds to other platforms with higher exchange rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is the bridge between contractors and potential clients. Deel makes it easy for me to secure my funds as the clients pays directly through Deel and Deel makes sure that the money gets to me. There is no fear of my money getting lost after submitting my work. Again, the flexible payement methods and multiple withdrawal options make it possible for the Deel to cater to the needs of people from different geographical locations.

The taxes to withdraw using Pix are not good for me in Brazil.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the company I work for pay team members in different countries, and it gives us the possibility to choose from several ways to withdraw funds.
