It is very simple to send and receive payments!
What do you like best about the product?
Its platform is very interactive, simple to understand and fast to send money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now, I think I haven’t found something least interesting from Deel. I hope I won’t find something I’d dislike in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem was to receive money from my employer which used to take more than one or two weeks. With Deel, this has been reduced in one or two days.
Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, layout of website, and task checklist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have rather the company themselves had their own system. They used third parties for everything which made training and onboarding a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deep is helping companies with their onboarding process.
Best Payment App I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Deel for several years to receive payments, and my overall experience has been very positive. Payments have always been processed smoothly, and I haven’t encountered any major issues. I very much liked the card option that has been added recently, and I enjoyed transferring any amount of money to the card, which was cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would hope to be able to charge my Deel card by an external source rather than the payroll, which will widen the usage of Deel cards with a 1% payback on spending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is a great solution to receiving incentives in a fast an efficient way. I never got any delays in payments on Deel which proved it reliable and comfortable.
A relieved experience

Easy to you use and well organized dashboard

Login screen can be clunky but no fault to feel

Easy to use, good support. Possibility of setting up auto withdrawal

Charging a fee to withdraw money on ACH is a big downside

Receiving money abroad
Makes Payroll simple conceptually but with some issues that need fixing.
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the user interface is freindly and vibrant and it generally is simple to use. This also makes understanding the offerings and product easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with communications. I and some other payrollees keep receiving notifications from Deel and we have been trying to turn off these email notification but there is not place to do so. I have tried everything.

Provides a simple solution for the business need while also interacting with the users or payrollees.
One Stop solution for international contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude towards deel. I been using this platform for almost 2 years now. Never experienced any delayed payment everything went smoothly along with that it offer to have multiple contracts in same account which is indeed a game changer for individual contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
All good! Just the exchange rates are a bit high.

As i am currently in Pakistan receiving international payment is a bit of challenging. Deel solved these issues in much easier way.
Ever since I switched to Deel I’ve been able to receive my salary seamlessly without any problem.
What do you like best about the product?
Deel have got very user friendly interface and it’s quite easy to use and especially anyone can withdraw their amount easily to their bank account.

Nothing I haven’t had any bad experiences with Deel

Major role that Deel have helped me is that now I can withdraw my salary to my bank account directly and it gets credited within one day.
Amazing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is an excellent platform! This is my first time being contracted with Deel as the intermediary, and the experience has been incredibly smooth. The platform makes it easy to receive payments on time, track my work hours accurately, and manage all the necessary documentation in one place. It’s user-friendly, efficient, and has taken a lot of the stress out of remote work logistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside I’ve noticed is the variable withdrawal fees, especially when using PIX in Brazil. Which can be relatively high compared to other payout methods. It would be great to see more transparent and cost-effective options for local transfers.
