Efficient, well organised, no issues
What do you like best about the product?
It works perfectly, transfers are done quickly and with no issues. My card was sent timely, even internationally. You can edit the dashbord and use some functions. I was offered to change, but I asked to keep Deel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I would prefer I wouldnt have to authenticate as often, but its not a big issue

I wanted a report of incomes and Deel responded quickly with the information.
A fast and efficient platform for freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Deel platform with different contractors remotely and I can attest in all interactions it has made my experience smooth and enjoyable. The onboarding process is so clear and easy to follow plus they process payments quite faster and with the Deel card in place, I am able to make payments in the platform without moving out the money therefore saving me transaction charges. The integration with Mpesa makes it even much better to use as I can withdraw to my mpesa wallet easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it takes some time to process paid invoices to reflect in my account. I think it should be instant for trusted clients to ensure efficiency to users whenever they are paid they should be able to access their funds instantly without having to wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Deel is solving the problem of hiring freelancers and managing their payroll, unlike platforms like Upwork which charges some fees on freelancers pay, Deel charges nothing therefore making it affordable to freelancers and easy onboarding and verification of documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Deel.com. It helps me work with people from other countries easily. The best thing about Deel is how simple it is to send and receive payments. I don’t have to worry about bank problems or delays. Everything is fast and safe.
The website is easy to use. I can find what I need quickly. The support team is also very helpful—they answer questions fast and are always polite.
Deel makes remote work feel easy and professional. I feel more confident working with global clients because Deel takes care of the hard stuff.

What do you dislike about the product?
Deel.com is great overall, but sometimes the dashboard can feel a bit crowded with options. A simpler layout would make it even easier to use. Still, the core features work really well and the support team is fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps me work with people in other countries. It makes contracts and payments easy and safe. I don’t worry about rules or taxes—Deel takes care of that. It saves me time and stress.

Managing multi-currency payroll, invoices, and compliance for different pay cycles used to be a treasury headache.Payments are consolidated into a single, one-click process regardless of where your team is. The system handles all the currency conversion, local tax withholding, and distribution for you.

Everything is good. I haven't faced any problems with it.

Managing payroll across multiple currencies, time zones, and different local payment methods is a fragmented, manual, and slow process, often involving multiple third-party systems.
Using deel as a payment platform for independant contractors
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to transfer money to other wallets because of their strong connections with those platforms.

The high fees for transferring money to other apps

Global payroll + EOR that actually works—compliant, localized contracts in minutes, one-click payroll/tax remittance, transparent FX, and a slick contractor portal that shrinks onboarding from weeks to hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Country-by-country inconsistency. SLAs and compliance answers vary wildly by locale; support can be slow on edge cases.
Pricing creep. Add-ons (benefits, visa, equipment, localized perks) stack up; FX spread isn’t always transparent.
Limited HR depth. Time off, policies, and perks parity across EOR vs. employees is clunky; equity/IP addenda are manual.
Conversions & terminations. Contractor→EOR fees and local notice/severance workflows are rigid, with surprise lead times.
Reporting & permissions. Cross-entity analytics are basic; role-based access is coarse for finance vs. HR.
Integrations. HRIS/ATS/accounting connectors handle basics but miss edge fields (cost centers, custom allowances).

What do you like best about the product?
I have never had to wait long hours for my payments to post, also each time i got paid and I need to withdraw my money deel has been very reliable and i have always gotten my money sent to the place i need to, even though I'm not from the US, that has never been a problem, I thank Deel for that!

Nothing to complain about, to be honest.

Deel - A fast and user friendly way to get paid
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how smooth and user-friendly the mobile app is. Its intuitive design makes every feature easy to locate, and I’m especially impressed by how quickly payments are processed. I haven’t come across a faster option. I also like that all my documents are centrally organized in Deel, which truly makes it an all-in-one app for everything I need. I also like the rewards. There are so many of them!
What do you dislike about the product?
On iOS devices, the app can occasionally be quite slow to open. While this isn't a major drawback, it can get a little frustrating at times. Once inside the app, there isn't any noticeable lag, but I do find that everything tends to take a bit longer to load than I would prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel removes the hassle from payment logistics by ensuring I receive my payments quickly and directly, without unnecessary steps or delays. As a contractor based in the US, I appreciate how it provides clear insight into my payouts and maintains a process that is both straightforward and dependable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it works globally. So it's easy for employers to hire best contractors and employees from any country and it handles the headache of sending the payroll to them as well , so all the bank issues that comes to send to another country is not a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t really dislike anything about Deel. So far, everything has been smooth and works well for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an employee using Deel, it solves the problem of getting paid easily from an international employer. Normally, receiving money from another country can be stressful because of bank delays, high fees, or limited transfer options. With Deel, payments arrive on time, I can choose how I want to withdraw my money, and I don’t have to worry about complicated bank issues.
