very bad forex rates and high fees
What do you like best about the product?
withdrawal method is convenient. it links to my local bank account rather seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
that convenience is expensive. there's a huge service fee and then also a compulsory forex fee as im forced to convert to local currency even though my account can receive USD. if i want to receive USD, i have to select wire transfer which is again a whole load of new fees.

It is everything in one software, everything is centralized.

You have to explore to understand all of the functions, so far I have not find any tutorial.

I used to wait for a long time to get any type of response from my former bosses regarding my contract, now I can look at the details without issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is a very good platform that makes it easy to receive international payments smoothly and on time. The interface is simple and user-friendly, and I appreciate how clear the process is for managing contracts and payment details. It saves a lot of time and effort, and customer support is helpful when needed.

Honestly, I haven’t faced any real issues so far

Deel is solving the problem of receiving international payments quickly, securely, and without complicated processes. It makes it easy for freelancers and contractors like me to get paid from companies in different countries, without worrying about bank issues or currency problems.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel offers excellent functionality for global payroll and compliance, the platform’s fees can be relatively high, especially for small earners. The per-contractor pricing and additional service charges can add up quickly, making it less budget-friendly compared to other solutions.

Good for getting paid in different currencies and banks!
What do you like best about the product?
I can withdraw it from my Malaysian bank account, even if it’s paid in a different currency! The process is super smooth and the customer service is top-notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeps sending me reminders to fill in my hours for the contract, eventhough it’s ended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to withdraw direct to my bank account in Malaysia without fees eventhough it’s paid in a different currency.

What do you like best about the product?
the service is convenient for me as a user with a contract: many options for withdrawing money, there is the possibility of using a plastic card from deel itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
despite the fact that the application and web version are still not the most optimal in terms of speed, progress in working on this can be felt.

Getting Paid with deel is a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of getting paid from your work in the currency of the client and the ability to have it converted at a not to high rate right into my bank account no fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had two times where my money was delayed but i am not sure if this is a deel issue or a company issue. I will say that deel was fast to rectify the issue and to give support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of having to pay multiple freelancers across the globe who all live in different counties. Deel pays out in $ and converts that to the freelancers currency and puts it into the platform they want or need. Its simple and easy.

Fast payment transfer. Money transfer OTW is faster than indicated.

Too strict security features and identification process

Not a quality contractor management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Payment mechanism works smoothly. You get visibility into your entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow log in experience. Logs off automatically after 60 min, even if there is activity in those 60 mins. Deficient time tracker where you can not have more than 7 or 8 breaks. No shortcut based time tracking. In short, the user experience with time tracking is below par. Not fit for contractors; they will waste a lot of time with this software

It allowed me to legally keep my job of so many years while living in another country.

The support it gives the company to be able to hire me and the reliability when it comes to receiving the money.

I believe that the contract between the company and the collaborator should be made between both parties. The collaborator could also set some conditions.
