What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes managing international contractors and employees incredibly easy. The platform streamlines compliance, payroll, and contracts in a way that saves me time and gives me peace of mind. I especially like how user-friendly the dashboard is—it’s clear, efficient, and lets me track everything in one place. Their customer support team is also very responsive and proactive, which makes the whole experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but sometimes the onboarding process for new hires can feel a bit rigid because everything has to follow Deel’s structure. It would be great to have a little more flexibility in customizing certain workflows. Still, the benefits far outweigh this minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the complexity of hiring and paying international talent. Before, managing compliance, local laws, contracts, and cross-border payments was a huge headache and risk. With Deel, all of that is centralized and automated, which saves me time, reduces legal concerns, and ensures my team gets paid accurately and on time. This lets me focus on growing the business instead of dealing with administrative overhead.

Biweekly payments offer me more frequent cash flow compared to monthly schedules. Features like the Deel card and multiple integration options (e.g., PayPal, Payoneer) enhance my financial management. I also value the convenience of depositing money at my discretion. Additionally, the helpful chat feature is a nice touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some aspects of the UI confusing, particularly in the finance section on the mobile app.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Deel for the past month, and my experience has been excellent. I transferred money from Deel to my personal bank account, and within just a few hours, the amount was successfully received. During account creation, I faced an issue while scanning my national Id card, but their support team responded to my email within a day, resolved the issue, and even followed up afterward to ensure everything was working fine. I’m really impressed with their professionalism, fast payments, and outstanding customer support. Highly recommended for freelancers and remote workers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I once raised a point from a user experience perspective about having full crud options for bank transfer details, and I was amazed that they quickly added it to their product roadmap. That level of responsiveness shows how much Deel values customer satisfaction. Their professionalism, fast payments, and customer-first approach make this platform stand out. Highly recommended for freelancers and remote workers!The interface could still be made more intuitive in some areas, but the fact that the team actively listens to feedback and improves the product makes this less of a concern.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I don't like is that everything is manage on bussines days so if you are pay on the weekend you'll get the money on your local bank by Monday, but good thing is u can put money into the virtual CC and use it immediately.

Im a freelancer and I have contracts with different companies world wide, in Feel I have been able to get my payments in one place and the cost of use is very low compared to Paypal and wise
