What do you like best about the product?
Our company mettra.app which identify profitable product opportunities, analyze market demand, track competitor performance, and manage their e-commerce businesses more effectively works with Deel.com and we are very happy with the overall experience. The platform provides a simple and hassle-free registration process, allowing us to quickly build a team without any complications.
The personal account is intuitive and easy to use, which significantly reduces the training time for our employees. We also appreciate the fast and reliable deposits, which guarantee that payments are processed without delay.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes payment methods for withdrawals are rarely disabled for contactors, but this is not their fault, but rather due to regulations.

Deel is great for remote workers since it makes all the HR processes a lot easier: upload all the info and documents on the same place and get your payment, etc.

Sometimes it can be a lot to look at, many options and tabs.

For payroll is essential, keeps me updated on the approval of the payment, when I'll receive it and how to get it even in different currencies.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how hassle-free Deel is for receiving payments, with no delays or surprises. The setup was incredibly easy and intuitive, making the interface user-friendly and familiar. I can quickly manage everything from my phone, which is a major convenience. I am highly satisfied because I've never encountered any issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is a reliable and efficient tool for receiving payments from international clients. The platform offers solid security and authentication features, and the notification system keeps you well-informed throughout the process. Once funds are transferred, the payout to your local bank account is impressively fast. The fee structure is fair overall, making it a practical solution for cross-border transactions. The GUI is very intuitive, making it easy to navigate and complete tasks without needing extensive guidance. It's one of the platform’s strongest points. Although I haven’t needed to use customer support frequently, the few times I have, the experience has been positive and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the base fee is reasonable, additional international transaction charges can apply, which may not be immediately transparent. If you choose to withdraw to a local account, the currency conversion rate tends to be less favorable than what you'd get from a traditional bank. Another limitation is that you can't hold funds in your Deel account for an extended period, which reduces flexibility for managing your cash flow.

Email Notification for every payment. History of payments. I am use on my mobile Deel app.

Everything was good. There is only struggle when on-boarding happen. It take quite more time to make a account.

Payment for different country. Also Tax related issue.

Deel is easy, super fast and very friendly, their verification process is super fast and you don't have to login everytime to check the status of your money

Payment problems, fees are low and you get the money right away
It is easy to use and the money is transferred the same day
