Love, Deel
What do you like best about the product?
I have used a number of payroll systems for contractors but this one was by far the most straightforward. I had no glitches, did not have to reach out for assistance and I can see each step of the payroll approval process. Deel is simple, accurate and still user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of a particular thing that I dislike about Deel. There are an appropriate number of features on the customer interface, without the page being too scarce or too clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the colors of the website and that it prompts me to input two-factor authentication. The speech bubbles/comments are also super helpful in knowing where to go for the things I need. I love that it's organized as a to-do list, and everything is organized for easy access.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is how simple and intuitive it is to handle everything related to my contract and payments. Transferring funds to my local bank account takes just a few clicks, and it always works flawlessly. Their customer support is also outstanding — very responsive and helpful whenever I need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t had any major issues with Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My overall experience with Deel has been excellent. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and makes it very easy to manage my contract and receive payments as a software engineer. I especially appreciate how seamless the payment process is and how responsive the support team has been whenever I had questions. It gives me peace of mind knowing everything is handled professionally and efficiently.

What I like best about Deel is the speed and efficiency of its onboarding and verification process. From the moment I registered, the platform guided me through each step with clear instructions and intuitive navigation. Within a short period, I was fully verified and ready to work—something that often takes much longer on other platforms. Additionally, Deel’s interface is clean and professional, and the ability to manage contracts and payments in one place adds significant convenience for freelancers and clients alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel offers an excellent overall experience, one area that could use improvement is the limited variety of payout methods in certain regions. Although the existing options like PayPal and bank transfers are dependable, adding more localized solutions, such as mobile money or region-specific fintech platforms e.g. Mpesa, would greatly enhance flexibility and accessibility for global users. This added diversity would make the platform even more inclusive for professionals operating from different parts of the world.

Deel effectively solves the challenges of international contracting, compliance, and payment processing. As a freelancer working with clients across different countries, I previously faced delays, inconsistent payment methods, and administrative complexities related to contracts and tax documentation. Deel has streamlined all of these areas by providing a centralized platform where contracts are legally compliant, payments are processed efficiently, and documentation is automatically organized. This has saved me significant time, reduced stress, and allowed me to focus more on delivering quality work rather than managing operational hurdles.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes it easy to be a remote worker. It handles work contracts, the submission of business expenses, and your wages, ensuring you get paid promptly, and the money enters your account fast.

Getting paid in local currency - previously employers used Paypal which meant a large amount for lost due to currency conversion costs.

Deel has made it incredibly easy to be paid by my client. They take careful of the currency conversion and the experience is seamless. They launched a very useful rewards program and a virtual card that allows me to make purchases in USD all over the world.
