I love using Deel!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Deel! It’s so easy to navigate. From checking when my salary comes in, transferring it to my account, adding my time off, to downloading my invoices. Everything is smooth and hassle-free!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but just sharing because before I was able to download a letter of employment or confirmation of employment directly from Deel. This option was later turned off by my employer. Nothing against the app or my employer, but I really appreciated having that feature before because it saved me from having to message or bother them when I needed documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes managing my payments so much easier. It solves the hassle of tracking salary, transferring funds to my account, logging time off, and downloading invoices — all in one place. It saves me time, keeps everything organized, and gives me peace of mind knowing I can access what I need anytime.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Deel is the various available transfer methods; the instant card transfer is my favorite, and the exchange rates are super good too, compared to other platforms like PayPal! Really grateful for that; I'm not losing money by using Dee
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no gripes about the platform except the fact that the tracking is rarely accurate in my experience. I know it's not Deel's fault; they're usually waiting for the client to make the payment, but it still sucks cause it gets my hopes up, and the arrival date is usually a day later or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure if I should answer this part since I'm not a business owner, but rather a contractor who gets paid through Deel, but I've had no issues with getting my payments through Deel which has greatly contributed to my satisfaction as a contractor.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a very useful way to receive my payment in dollars and then to transfer it to my local currency. And if you make the transfer in business days you'll receive the money the next day or so.

The fee to transfer the money, even though isn't much is kind of a bummer.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes hiring and paying global talent remarkably easy by taking care of local compliance, tax regulations, and contracts. I especially like how quickly contracts can be created, signed, and activated—often in minutes. The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and makes it simple to track payments, invoices, and employee records without having to chase different tools. Their customer support team is also highly responsive and knowledgeable, which speeds up resolution of any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel covers most major countries, there are occasional gaps in supported benefits or payment methods for specific regions. Some integrations with HR systems could be deeper to reduce manual updates. Pricing can also be a bit high for smaller companies, especially if you’re hiring only a handful of people internationally, but the time saved often offsets the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the complexity of hiring and paying international employees and contractors by managing compliance, contracts, and payroll in one centralized platform. Before using Deel, we had to manually research local laws, handle currency conversions, and work with multiple vendors for payments—this was time-consuming and risky. With Deel, all contracts are legally compliant in each country, payments are automated in local currencies, and tax documentation is handled without our intervention. This not only saves significant administrative time but also reduces legal and financial risks, allowing us to focus on growth instead of paperwork.
Best service ever
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use. UX design is amazing. You can order a card pretty easily and set all you need to do there. You can use your card at ATMs and pay what you need. Also transactions don't last long.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything I didn't like. All seems to be working just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't have any issue with deel so far. I found it pretty easy to navigate and the transactions to my local bank are fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate. Fast transaction. Lots of deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating expenses or additional fee when you are in contract pay can sometimes a little hassle on the side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I accidentally withdraw my pay thru my Deel Card instead of my other bank. I was able to transfer it back to my balance and it was credited back right away.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes managing my work life so much easier. I can have visibility of my upcoming payroll, request leave, review contracts, and even apply for salary advances all in one place. The platform is clear and easy to navigate, and everything gets processed quickly without any hassle. It’s reliable, efficient, and gives me confidence that everything is handled correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Deel works very well for me, but the advance option could be improved. Since it follows a weekly repayment schedule based on salary crediting the interest feels quite high.

Tracking of leaves and contract alignment.

What do you like best about the product?
I am happy with the platform because I have never had problems when it comes to withdrawing my money, and it even arrives earlier than mentioned.

I would like it to have more benefits for my country, as I work from abroad.
