Efficient payment method

What do you like best about the product?
It’s just flawless, the website and mobile app experience it’s just great, love the UI and the support is outstanding, honestly the most reliable platform I’ve used so far
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything’s been great with Deel, been using it for over a year without any issues, something I don’t like is the withdrawal fees but they have their own debit card to avoid those!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is the main platform for our payroll, this is where my hours are exported to and the payment is processed, this way I can get paid by my employer no matter the country I’m located

Easy to use, navigate and clear on all paperwork

Change rate from Dollars to Euros, too badly.

First time user - great app - great customer support (human) - good AI chatbot
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI, there is a decent learning curve but once you know your way experience is great. Response time from customer support is fast and they send a person if AI chatbot does not satisfy concerns. Overall happy with the app

I have to tap on zoom button to zoom into pdf invoice, I wish pinch out was supported

Reliable, fast, always works as it should.
What do you like best about the product?
Very fast transfer, much faster than bank transfer.
What do you dislike about the product?
No discounts. I have been a regular customer of the company for many years. It would be great if the company introduced at least small discounts for regular customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to quickly and reliably transfer money to almost any country in the world.
I was having problem signing the contract. Contacted support and they helped me promptly

I liked their quick support. It was prompt, kind, respectful and it sounded like they know what they are doing.

The only complain i have is that it is extremely slow compared to competitors.

I like the ease of use as well as the ease of managing finances for my contract.
A phenomenal platform, and I wish more businesses were using it because I find it very easy.

When I first had to use Deel for a contract job, I was a bit sceptical, but in the end, it was one of the best experiences I've had and I've used a few different platforms.

- The templates for contracts were really great and made things much faster and simpler
- The digital card never gave me any issues
I'm just all around impressed, and every other job I've gone to I've tried to implement Deel. But so far, I've not been successful. I hope this will change in the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there aren't more businesses using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the main thing that Deel solves, which I've only come across once trying to onboard another business, was the fact that you have the templates for contracts and contractors. It just makes things a lot easier and much quicker. This is obviously so important, especially when you know life gets so busy. Another thing is the ease of use when it comes to making payments or transfers - it just simplifies it in a way that no other experience has given me.

It's very hard to access and look for the income statments

Deel solves my need to transfer my works income to my preferred depending on what I need to pay the upcoming month

Very helpful in keeping track of a contractors hours and very user friendly

Time it takes for our money to be transferred to our bank account

Keeping track of my work hours manually, it is very easy to use
RELIABLE, EFFECTIVE BUT CAN IMPROVE
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that they guarantee the payroll payment every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
They must improve the speed to send the payments. In my case, the company sends the monthly payment on the 15th of each month. But I have to wait one more day, that is, the 16th, for the payment to reach my personal account. A suggestion is that Deel sends the payments on the 14th of each month so I can receive the payment on time, that is, by the 15th. Other than that, everything is fine.

Deel does not deliver its payments on time. They must improve in this aspect.
