A phenomenal platform, and I wish more businesses were using it because I find it very easy.
What do you like best about the product?
When I first had to use Deel for a contract job, I was a bit sceptical, but in the end, it was one of the best experiences I've had and I've used a few different platforms.
- The transferring to my South African account was easy
- The payments were quick
- The templates for contracts were really great and made things much faster and simpler
- The digital card never gave me any issues
I'm just all around impressed, and every other job I've gone to I've tried to implement Deel. But so far, I've not been successful. I hope this will change in the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there aren't more businesses using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the main thing that Deel solves, which I've only come across once trying to onboard another business, was the fact that you have the templates for contracts and contractors. It just makes things a lot easier and much quicker. This is obviously so important, especially when you know life gets so busy. Another thing is the ease of use when it comes to making payments or transfers - it just simplifies it in a way that no other experience has given me.

It's very hard to access and look for the income statments

Deel solves my need to transfer my works income to my preferred depending on what I need to pay the upcoming month

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that they guarantee the payroll payment every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
They must improve the speed to send the payments. In my case, the company sends the monthly payment on the 15th of each month. But I have to wait one more day, that is, the 16th, for the payment to reach my personal account. A suggestion is that Deel sends the payments on the 14th of each month so I can receive the payment on time, that is, by the 15th. Other than that, everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel does not deliver its payments on time. They must improve in this aspect.

What do you like best about the product?
As a contractor, the best part about deel is being able to receive my salary on time, no fees when transferring it to wise, and being able to see the schedule of my upcoming payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. It’s my first time using Deel through a client and it makes everthing so much easier and transparent.

Transparency about my salary, free transfer frees, and being able to get a salary advance.

What do you like best about the product?
As a contractor working with international clients, Deel has been a game-changer for me. Getting paid is always smooth, on time, and in my preferred method, no more worrying about delays or currency issues.
The platform is very easy to use, and setting up my account and contracts took only a few minutes. I also appreciate how transparent everything is, from fees to exchange rates. Deel makes freelancing for global clients stress-free, and I feel confident knowing everything is handled professionally.

While Deel is generally reliable, there can be occasional delays in support responses during high-volume periods. Some of the more advanced reporting or customization options feel limited compared to what large-scale teams might need. Additionally, the cost can be a bit high for smaller businesses or startups, though the convenience often offsets this.

Deel solves the complexity of managing and paying international contractors by providing a centralized, compliant, and transparent platform. It handles multi-country payroll, contractor payments, and time tracking in a way that ensures adherence to local regulations without requiring separate systems or legal setups in each country. This has significantly reduced administrative overhead, improved payment accuracy, and allowed us to onboard and manage talent globally with confidence and speed

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how Deel makes the setup process so easy and straightforward. The identification system is incredibly quick, which is a significant improvement over other vendors I've used in the past. I find the international transfer feature particularly beneficial, allowing me to receive payments without much hassle directly from my employer to my local bank or through SWIFT transfers. The automatic transfer option ensures I get my funds instantly, which is a huge convenience. I also appreciate Deel's virtual card feature as it allows me to make online purchases easily. Moreover, Deel's fees are quite competitive, and the integration with my email notifications makes my experience seamless. Overall, Deel encompasses everything I would look for in a bank app or website, making it extremely useful and handy. That's why I would rate it 20 out of 10 in terms of recommendation.

I find the transfer speed from the US to my local bank could be improved.
