What do you like best about the product?
Payments are always reliable and on time, with multiple withdrawal options that make it very convenient. The platform is easy to navigate, and contracts feel transparent and professional.

Sometimes fees for certain withdrawal methods can be a bit high, and customer support response time could be faster during peak hours.

Deel is solving the complexity of working with international clients and getting paid across borders. Before, managing contracts, compliance, and payments from different countries was stressful and time-consuming. With Deel, everything is centralized in one platform: contracts are compliant, invoices are generated automatically, and payments arrive on time.
This benefits me by giving me peace of mind and saving me a lot of administrative work, so I can focus on my actual projects instead of worrying about legal or payment issues.

The customer care team is very responsive and helpful plus their platform is extremely easy to navigate even for individuals who might not be tech savvy

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the user-friendly setup process for Deel, even though it’s long, because it comes with clear instructions that make it easy. I also love the multiple withdrawal methods available, such as transferring to my bank, crypto wallet, or even my wise account, which greatly simplifies managing my finances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of setting up Deel to be rather long. Although it's user-friendly and necessary, the duration can be quite tedious. I also dislike the current process for handling Deel advances, as it requires automatic deductions from pending payments. This procedure lacks flexibility since there is no alternative method to repay the advances, like using a Stripe link or other payment methods such as Wise or crypto wallets.

I find Deel simplifies moving my funds with multiple withdrawal methods like bank transfers, crypto wallets, and other accounts, making financial transactions easy.

The platform is user-friendly, and their customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable.

I benefit from it by receiving my payment, and I have a debit card that I can use directly.

Its feautures such as being able to get paid ahead of payment day and pay back with lower interest, creating online card that can be used in different transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't call dislike but sometimes customer related questions cannot be found on FAQ. So you will have to chat with them. They have great customer support assistance.

Payment system, tax payment, automated transaction to the main account. These are pretty cool features that I would highly recommend to anyone that are willing to use it.
