Great platform for hiring remote workers
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is great as it assists in creating employment contracts that comply with local laws.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now Deel operates in about 150 countries but it would be great if it expanded a little more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel assists us in supporting employees in getting accurate information on health insurance as well as immigration. This is priceless if you're in Human Resources and sourcing remote workers globally.

What do you like best about the product?
Downloading the Deel app, registering, and getting started are quick and easy. I also really appreciate the constant emails, reminders, and confirmations of progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just started using the Deel app, and so far, there is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves my previous challenges with international contracts, invoicing, and payments. Plus I highly appreciate notification once my invoice is accepted by contract.

The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use. Deel is absouletely clear and transparent in all their processes, ensuring there are no hidden surprises. Moreover, they are always punctual with payments, which is crucia for my financial planning.

While there is nothing I particularly dislike about Deel, I sometimes receive emails that I find unnecessary and irrelevant. However, this is not a major issue. I highly reccomend Deel for anyone looking for a reliable a straightforward payment solution.

Deel is solving the problem of navigating the complex financial world, wich is particularly challenging for someoune like me who works in a different field. The platform is very intuitive, making it easier for me to understand and manage financial matters that would otherwise be difficult to grasp.

The onboarding process was straightforward and efficient, making it easy to get started quickly, it took me less that one hour for the whole process.

One area that could use improvement is the lack of tutorials on how to view the hours worked for the pay period. This information is crucial, and having clear guidance on how to access it would enhance the overall user experience.

As a contractor, Deel solves several key challenges related to international payments and compliance. Deel ensures that I get paid correctly and on time, in my local currency or in USD if I prefer that. Additionally, Deel’s platform automates the payment process, providing peace of mind and allowing me to focus on my work without worrying about payment delays or compliance issues. I can get hired by companies outside of my country which gives me access to work with talented individuals across the globe. The platform allows me to send money to my different accounts in a straightforward manner, and I can track the funds easily.

They should try to avoid agencies in the middle and focus on building a direct relationship between companies and the contractors/employees.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I got from Deel was my prepaid card. This has allowed me to use my balance contactless in different countries. Since I travel a lot, this is a perk I value.
The fund of the card is extremely easy to do and is very convenient. I haven't got any major issues when using it in places that receive contactless.
Deel Customer Support is also very quick to reply and addresses the questions efficiently.
As a digital nomad, Deel is definitely a platform I value much.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I find is that I can't withdraw money from ATMs. Although most countries have the option to use contactless payment, in some smaller towns, cash is appreciated. I haven't been able to find an alternative that allows me to withdraw cash. It would be a great feature to add and definitely something I would use when traveling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has simplified the payroll for my company, since we are employees all around Latin America. They can get easy to use benefits and reliability in terms of payment.

I never had problems with DEEL yet i has given me very easy environment when it come to looking at the contract from the client and very smooth in looking to pay we are getting from client
