I'd say that the ease of access to the different features offered by the platform.

I would say that the access via mobile devices through an actual browser can be optimized for a better experience.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s fast and convenient, which makes the whole process hassle-free and easy to get through.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s been impossible to get my DEEL CARD. I’ve provided all the required information, in every format and through every method they’ve asked for, but I still can’t get it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel Payroll is how effortless it makes global compliance and payments—everything is centralized in one platform, so employees get paid accurately and on time no matter where they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it takes a while to learn about it, but once you learn, is good to go.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Deel to receive the monthly payments from the company I provide services for, the company is in England and I work in Brazil, using Deel simplifies many processes. The platform does all the calculations for fees and conversion, and the amounts arrive correctly, which is essential when working with clients outside Brazil.

Registering was very easy and quick, when the payment comes in, one of the things I like the most is that I can transfer directly to my bank account in Brazil. And this happens automatically, I just needed to configure it once and integrate it with my Brazilian bank account. This saves time and avoids the hassle of making multiple manual conversions or using multiple banking services every month.

I can also use a virtual card provided by Deel, which helps me pay for services or tools abroad without having to keep converting currencies or opening international accounts in other banks.

I use Deel regularly every time I receive payment for my freelance work, which in my case is a monthly payment. The platform is easy to use and intuitive.

When I had questions about fees and deadlines, the support responded quickly and with clear information. This makes a difference when you depend on it to receive your money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some transfer or conversion methods may have fees that, compared to some alternative options, end up being a bit higher and also, finding out exactly what fees are applied and when is not entirely clear, especially at the time of conversion or withdrawal. It would be important to have more transparency and detail before confirming transactions. Still, for me, it's worth it for the convenience.

At times, withdrawal options or limits may seem restrictive, especially for large amounts.

At first, it may seem confusing to set everything up (account, withdrawal methods, verification). But once everything is ready, it becomes quite simple.

The platform has a large number of features, but it's not always easy to discover or understand all of them. There is a lack of better organization or guidance for the user to better know everything that Deel offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I provide services for an international company, which is located in Europe while I am in South America. Sometimes in situations like this, bureaucratic problems arise. Deel makes my life easier, I prioritize doing the work with mastery and the company focuses on being a good employer. Deel helps resolve all international issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very user friendly and helps you navigate all the different tabs in a very intuitive way. It contains de most important information about the payroll dates, time-off, etc. It has also been very easy to update my withdrawal methods and the money is normally on time in my personal account.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of today, I don't see downfalls for Deel. I think it serves its functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before as a contractor I struggled with not getting paid in time, but now with Deel I get my payments in time and directly into my bank account without having to withdraw it every month.

What do you like best about the product?
I can get paid easily as a contactor. I'm in Mexico and the company who pays is in USA. I get the money to my (Mexican) bank account minutes after I see I got paid on Deel.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have seen nothing bad about it. Event though, I started using it because it was what the company I'm a contractor for, uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They pay me directly in my local currency (MXN). I can know how much will arrive to my bank account. And I can count with the money just minutes after I set up a manual withdraw. So this way, I can work for an American company, remotely from my home in another country.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, it’s very easy to use. The app is accessible and convenient when it comes to checking and tracking my payments. I also really like the pay-in-advance feature, as it’s especially helpful in certain personal situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, for me, I didn't have any kind of bad experience with Deel, so I really don't have much to say about it here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me because everything is fast and clear. The payments and schedule are easy to understand, and when I receive a notification about when a payment will be deposited, I have a clear picture of where my payment is and how to track it.

If anything is missing or delayed, I know exactly how to report it and who to contact. That level of clarity is very important to me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation and ease of use of the portal. All features and functions are clear and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Signing in on desktop is frustrating. I don’t think the “keep logged in for 4 weeks” feature is working, and it’s a bit tedious to have to enter my details again. Another issue is the loading time: at least on desktop and Android, it always feels really slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My payroll automation works like a charm! I get paid on time, and if there’s ever an error, I can quickly check it in the payment history. I can also review and use my employment benefits without any hassle.
