Good experience using Deel!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Deel always provides notifications about our working hours and expected salary. Deel is also very easy to use. What I like most about Deel is the Deel Advance feature, which allows you to access a balance advance when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One things that needs to improve is alteast lower the advance fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Option to Disable Automatic Invoice Generation: I would like to have the option to disable automatic invoice generation by Deel and simply upload my own. I understand that I can replace the Deel-generated invoice with my custom invoice, but I would prefer to avoid this extra step and be able to upload my invoice directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the complex problem of hiring and paying international contractors and employees. Without Deel, companies face challenges with international payments, compliance, contract management, and tax reporting. As someone being paid by a US company through Deel, I benefit in several ways. The company can easily pay me in my local currency, directly to my bank account, without me having to worry about currency conversions or high bank fees. Payments are timely and I have a clear record of all transactions within the Deel platform. Deel also handles the complexities of international tax compliance and contract management, allowing me to focus on my work without the administrative hassle. It streamlines the entire process, making it easier for both the company and me to manage our international working relationship.

Honestly, my experience has been overwhelmingly smooth! If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be adding more customizable reporting filters for financial analytics. That said, their existing tools already cover most use cases brilliantly, and I hear new features roll out frequently.

Deel gives me flexibility and security. I can get paid in my preferred currency, track invoices, and access benefits even as a freelancer. It makes working with international companies smooth and professional — and that’s a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but one area for improvement could be the user interface for contractors. While the platform is robust, some users — especially those less tech-savvy — might find it slightly overwhelming at first. That said, Deel seems responsive to feedback and is constantly iterating, which I appreciate.

Deel is solving one of the biggest pain points in modern work: how to compliantly hire, pay, and manage global talent without setting up legal entities in every country. Traditionally, expanding internationally meant months of legal work, navigating local labor laws, and handling complex payroll and tax processes. Deel turns that into a streamlined, digital experience.
