What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes remote hiring and payments incredibly seamless. The platform handles contracts, compliance, and global payroll automatically, which saves a huge amount of time and reduces legal risk. I especially like how intuitive the dashboard is — everything from onboarding to invoicing is clearly laid out. Their customer support is also quick and helpful whenever I have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the app’s speed. It often feels noticeably slow, especially when switching between sections or loading contract and payment details. This can get frustrating when you’re trying to work quickly. Improving performance would make the experience much smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the complexity of working with international clients and companies. It handles contracts, compliance, tax documents, and global payments automatically, so I don’t have to worry about legal or administrative issues in different countries. Everything — from signing agreements to tracking hours and getting paid — happens in one place, which saves me a lot of time and effort. It also ensures that payments are processed securely and on time, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to focus on my actual work instead of paperwork.

Understanding information about taxes can be quite challenging if you are not from the USA. The details are not always presented in a straightforward way, which can make it difficult for international users to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working for a company abroad is made much simpler thanks to the minimal bureaucracy involved, which really helps make life easier.

While I genuinely have no complaints about Deel… It would be great to see more travel-related discounts or sponsorships added to Deel’s existing benefits. Partnerships with airlines, accommodation platforms, or coworking spaces would align perfectly with the lifestyle of global remote workers and digital nomads. It’s a small enhancement that could bring even more value to an already excellent platform.

One of the standout features of Deel is its versatile, reliable and seamless payment ecosystem. The ability to manage my earnings between the main account, the virtual card, and the physical Deel card gives me real control over my finances. I can move funds instantly, make purchases online, pay in physical stores, and even use tap-to-pay which is widely accepted across many convenience stores and online platforms around the world.

I think the simplicity of receiving payments as well as the ease of setting up an account is what I like best about Deel. No ambiguity, no hassle, just seamless operations, pretty smooth actually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can lower their transaction costs, especially if you’re transferring to your Acc multiple times.

On the Deel Advance page, I think there should be a currency converter function available in the iOS mobile app.

Deel is the only application I have found that offers a quick and easy way to withdraw money safely. I have used it several times and have always found the process straightforward.

It takes too long for the Deel application to load at first.

Onboarding is fast, payouts are reliable, and workers get multiple withdrawal options. The UI is clear, invoices are generated automatically, and integrations (e.g., accounting) keep everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fees and FX spreads can add up for frequent payments, and pricing isn’t always obvious across countries. Contract templates are a bit rigid, so edge-case terms require workarounds. Support is generally good but can be slow during busy periods. Reporting and analytics are basic, and occasional KYC/compliance rechecks create friction for contractors.

Deel removes the friction of hiring and paying talent across borders. It handles localized contracts, worker classification, tax forms, and country-specific compliance so we don’t need in-house legal expertise in every region. Payroll is automated with built-in FX, invoices, and multiple payout methods, which cuts manual ops work and payment errors. Centralized onboarding/document collection gives us a clean audit trail and faster start dates. Overall it reduces legal risk and vendor overhead, speeds up international hiring, and improves contractor/employee satisfaction while giving finance predictable, on-time payroll and clearer reporting.
