I do not get the hype about Deel
What do you like best about the product?
Overall good interface. Payments are not late.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing special here. I really do not understand the hype around Deel. The android mobile app is just a heavy WebView version of the site over 100MB for no reason. They also rejected my Deel card without any explanation even though I was eligible at first. They added 5 USD fee when withdrawing in another country which was not there at begging. Disappointing overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company require to use it. Otherwise I would not use it.

It's really easy to use. Nice UX. It has tons of withdrawal methods

Some withdrawal fees for specific vendors are to high

Contractors can choose from multiple payment methods—bank transfers, PayPal, Wise. Payments are automated and reliable, which builds trust and saves time.

While Deel offers immense value, some of its more advanced features are locked behind premium plans, which might be a stretch for startups or small businesses.

As a freelance contractor working with clients around the world, I’ve used several platforms to manage contracts and payments. Deel stands out as one of the most efficient and contractor-friendly tools I’ve come across. But while it’s mostly great, there are a few things I wish were better.

I love that it is very easy to use, plus it gives you the money super fast, no hassles or anything.

I don't think there's anything I don't like about Deel, it seems great to me, it has many options, cards to use, bank methods or transfers, so everything is good.
