Excellent platform to receive payments
What do you like best about the product?
It seems to me a very easy and simple platform to use, I can make payments quickly to my account in Colombia.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fee is a bit expensive compared to other platforms.

Reliable Payment Solution with Seamless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Deel for the past four years, and what I like the most about it is its reliability. Throughout my usage, I have never encountered any issues, delays, or inconveniences like account blockage. The platform's performance is something I can trust, making it very dependable. I appreciate that it has worked smoothly without any hitches, providing an efficient experience consistently. Its reliability is evident in how I've confidently recommended Deel to friends who have their own companies, so they might also benefit from its impeccable service. Furthermore, the initial setup was extremely easy and intuitive, taking only about two to three minutes, not counting documentation upload, which underscores how user-friendly and straightforward Deel is. Overall, there’s an impressive efficiency and responsiveness in Deel’s structure, allowing me only to have good things to say about it.

I use Deel to receive payments reliably, even during bank closures over long weekends, as it offers advances allowing immediate fund access.

Very clear and easy usage of Deel.
What do you like best about the product?
It include all, transactions, invoices, all needed data about company, i really like how it works. Customer support is there as well, it is good that i can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 10$ fee that is charged by every withdraw, it is not my decision to use Deel but company and you charge me, not them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me getting payment from US in Poland, really like that. It also generates invoices for me so i can just send them to the accountant.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Deel once per month. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use. I love how predictable it is, and how fast it works to make money withdrawals, make it a great tool, not to mention the large number of options it offers to make withdrawals. In our company, we were able to make the transition to Deel in just 2 weeks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously, there are usually commissions to make withdrawals from Deel (although sometimes they do not depend on them). The best option for the employee is to receive the money directly into your bank account, but if that is not an option, Deel is the way!

Easy to set up and to withdraw money to any bank and pretty much everywhere in the world

Fees sometimes are kinda expensive and TRM usually is not the best

What do you like best about the product?
It is really transparent and provides you with a lot of benefits. Apart from that, they offer great support as they have helped me several times during the time I have used their service, which has been two years. They support multiple withdrawal methods, and they support auto withdraws, which make it pain free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The card system they are now using does not support Argentina. I have user their virtual card when travelled to Asia in 2024 and it was a great tool for me, so it is a shame that the new provider does not offer that service to Argentinians. That is the reason I have not rated them with a 10.

UI can be confusing sometimes when you need specific information - you will find it, but sometimes you have to dig

Best global payments platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried multiple payment processors for global payments, and so far Deel is the best of them. You can receive instant wire transfers on your bank of preference, and Deel shows you before hand if any fee is applicable, which in most cases is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cumbersome identification process (upload proof of treasury registration, insurance, etc...) but its understandable.
