If I had to mention one area with room for improvement, it would be the processing time for certain payout methods

What I like about Deel is the possibility to request advances and the benefit of lower commissions on Astroy Pay.

Sometimes when I want to log into the platform, it takes a very long time to load the home page.

It solves my problem to be in Argentina by exchanging dollars illegally.

Its presence in different countries with an agile vision of the processes facilitates hiring for companies and the process for those hired. It is really simple to use, intuitive, and has a great support process.

Maybe they should be clearer about all the transfer options and fees in order for me to understand better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it, I use it every month, they have payments methods in my country and I do not loss any money with swift transactions. It is easy to use, also it allows you to set different payments methods and withdraw the money in chunks. My employeer integrated it with their payouts process and they said it was easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
it takes a bit to get the payments, I usually get the money 2 days after the payment is made by my employeer. The customer support has failed sometimes to give me an accurate answer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with Deel. If I had to mention something, it would be nice to have more detailed reporting features, but honestly, the tool works so well that there aren't many significant downsides to point out
