Very easy and fast
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been an excellent tool for receiving payments from my freelance work. The platform is easy to navigate, and with the Deel card, I can access my funds as soon as I get paid. I really appreciate this feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app experiences a bit of lag, and I would appreciate it if this could be addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I receive payments for my work as an independent contractor. I work remotely as a medical interpreter and get paid through Deel.

Reliable Payments with User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Deel's punctual payment delivery; I receive my payments right on time, every time. The setup process was surprisingly easy, with clear, step-by-step guidance on the website and app. I love the Deel app’s user-friendliness, making it convenient for transactions without needing to use a computer. The affordable fee structure is another plus, making transactions cost-effective without having to rely on multiple softwares or incur excessive charges.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the fees to be a bit high and would appreciate a reduction. Although the fees are reasonable compared to other platforms, lowering them could enhance the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel ensures timely payment with reasonable fees, eliminating delays and high costs associated with other platforms. The ease of setup and user-friendly app make managing transactions convenient, avoiding the hassle of using multiple platforms or extensive technical support.
It's a pretty straight forward to use for the worker
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and easy to understand the status of where my money's at as well as when's the next payment, it really does make It easier to know and gives me peace of mind as well when receiving my payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there's some data that could help improve the experience, for example sometimes I feel like they say a payment is "going to arrive in 3 days" as their default text which can confuse and worry people as the wording that's being used. I feel like they could say "IT MAY take up to 3 days" without assuring people it will get at the 3rd day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me receive my payments with ease and also helps me be safe by having a contract with my employer that way we are in a sense "safe" or gives us more reassurance that we are going to get paid. Also signing a contract and having my contract always easy to access also helps a lot.
Terrible app
What do you like best about the product?
I don't. It is clunky. Difficult to use. Says I have been paid when I clearly haven't as not uploaded any bank details. Would NOT recommend

Everything. Very difficult to use and the invoices don't match what is entered

Solid solution for global hiring, but room for improvement

Deel made it much easier to manage international payments.The platform is straightforward and has a great app :) I liked that!
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, there’s still room for improvement. Some features could be more customizable. Support is helpful overall, but occasionally slower to respond.

Deel made it possible for me to work for a company based in Canada while living in Spain without either side having to deal with complicated payroll issues.
Really good App
What do you like best about the product?
Using Deel I don't have any gap between payment and deposit, it's really good.

It's a little slower navigate through the app, after that it's perfect

Great platform for managing international contracts and payments
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes working with international contractors and employees extremely simple and transparent. The interface is intuitive, documents are generated automatically, and payments are processed on time without delays. I especially appreciate the automated tax calculations and responsive support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes certain features or pages load a bit slowly, and support responses are not always instant. I would also love to see more integrations with popular HR systems and more detailed payment analytics.

Deel eliminates the complexity of hiring and paying international contractors and employees. Instead of juggling multiple contracts, payment systems, and tax regulations, everything is centralized in one platform. This saves me time, reduces compliance risks, and ensures that payments are made accurately and on schedule. It also gives me peace of mind knowing that contracts are legally sound and that I can easily manage global talent without needing separate local entities.

Very easy website to use, with fast payments from my Deel account to my personal account.
What do you dislike about the product?
My payments on the Deel account don't reflect until later in the day.
