Working as a freelancer and being abroad, but with deel I have peace of mind when it comes to my payments.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the clear administration process and the transparency in how everything is managed. Payments are deposited quickly, which gives me peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I don’t get to know the exact fee for the transfer before it’s charged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the problem of managing international payments and compliance for contractors. It allows me to receive my payments quickly and securely without having to worry about complex banking processes or legal requirements in different countries. This benefits me by saving time, reducing stress, and giving me confidence that I will get paid on time.

I experienced fast payments and overall had a good experience. The customer support was excellent.

There’s nothing I dislike about the app. I’m just completing this section because it’s required.

HCM software Get a good deal with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
It’s relatively fast, I’ve never waited more than 24h to get the money in my local bank account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversation fees are too high, I’d understand a 5 dollar fee maybe but 24 dollars monthly in my currency is a lot of money and that is very frustrating. Also the exchange rate compared to google is pretty low so with that and the fees you end up receiving considerably less than what you earn, if that got better Deel Would be perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From what I’ve seen other banks take a lot longer and charge additional fees to get a payroll into an international account so that makes Deel faster and less complicated, also it has the contract and all position related information there which is great

What stands out to me is how it simplifies global hiring and payments. I also appreciate the emphasis on flexibility, which helps companies work with talent from anywhere while providing reliable and transparent payment options.

Honestly, there isn't anything I strongly dislike about Deel. If I had to mention something, it would be that as the platform is growing so quickly, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to keep up with all the new features and updates. At the same time, I actually see this as a positive challenge, since it demonstrates how committed Deel is to improving and expanding its services.

It addresses the challenges of hiring, paying, and managing people globally without getting entangled in the legal or compliance issues that arise because each country has its own labor laws, taxes, and payroll regulations, which can be very complex. Deel simplifies this process by handling contracts, payments, and compliance all within one platform. This is especially beneficial for companies looking to expand internationally without the need to establish local entities. It also benefits workers and contractors by providing them with reliable payments and access to benefits.

Deel is helping me to solve problems of receiving money from companies outside of Brazil and also transfers it to other global accounts without taxes, like Wise.
It's a great service and great experience.

I appreciate the practicality and the way they provide all the necessary support to ensure your payments are properly organized.

The amount of storage it takes up on my phone is a concern, and I also find that it runs quite slowly.

fast and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
the app is very easy to use, accounts and cards are also easy to set up. i've been using it for a couple of months now and i haven't had any problem so far

notifications won't redirect you to where it should, on the desktop site, it redirect you to the login screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i'm working for an american company from outside the country, it allows them to enroll payments for people outside the country
