On time and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use everywhere, the Deel card is top!
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is not the best through WhatsApp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I receive my payment in USD and living in COP from Colombia so I withdraw the funds to Deel card for easy use locally.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use, the application interface is very user friendly. In my case, I use it to receive payments as a contractor and the process to withdraw the money is pretty simple with many options available to withdraw it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand this is part of the deal but I kind of dislike that withdraw fee increases depending the amount. I understand it should be a fixed fee for every withdraw option no matter the amount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping companies to be able to hire contractors from different countries and manage employees' administrative process.
Great for freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
It is fast, it has great customer service at any point of the day that will personally contact you to solve your issue. Transaction fees are fair and the rate to local currncy is good and having the deel card is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deel card does not notify me of transcactions, but everything else is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables payment to freelancers in other countries, in a way that is benefitial to the worker and easy to use. Other platforms have very high transaction rates or a bad exchange to foreign currency. This has been easy to link to my local bank accounts and it is always on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage, view, and track invoice payments. I have always received payments on time.

Currently, I have no dislikes about Deel.

It's easy to keep all payments organized and provides tax documents in due time.

Everything works perfect! I can transfer my money really fast and use the debit card tokenized in my iPhone is really easy

Physical card prices are a little bit high

What do you like best about the product?
There are thousands of advantages, but the payment methods and how fast everything is, MY FAVORITE!

There is nothing I don't like, it is a wonderful application!

The best thing about Deel is the number of features the platform supports and how easy it easy to set things up.

I found out the only problem about deel is the waiting time I had to wait before finishing one my payments, but it might have been because of the holidays.

What I appreciate most about Deel is its remarkable simplicity. It's, without a doubt, the most straightforward and easy-to-understand payment platform I've ever had the pleasure of using. It has genuinely been the best for my needs.

Honestly, throughout my experience with Deel, I haven't come across anything to dislike. The platform has been entirely positive and has seamlessly met all my requirements so far.

I like that I can send money to any account in the world, and that I have the option to send it in dollars or in my local currency, so I get to decide if the currency exchange benefits me on that day

I don't see much value in the partnerships they have with certain apps (like meditation apps, etc) because some of them are not available in my country

I get paid in a timely manner and I get the best exchange rate possible when transferring dollars to my account
