Easy, convenient and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to track my payments. Transfers were convenient in that it allowed many options with different exchange rates and fees. And usually efficient in days time that it took for them to appear on my other accounts. I also liked the different partner deals that I could use (DolarApp, Rappi Pro, Booking…)
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually exchange rate was below any other service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving money from a different country by other means usually meant higher fees, with deel it meant receiving my pay almost complete.

I really love using Deel! It's super easy to use — everything is intuitive and straightforward. The card they offer is also amazing: it works perfectly, I've had no issues, and it's super convenient for managing my payments. Highly recommend it!

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about Deel. Everything works smoothly, it's user-friendly, and the card is super convenient. I’ve had a great experience so far — it really makes my life easier.

Deel makes it easy for me to get paid quickly and securely. I receive my payments on time, and I can use the Deel card anywhere in the world, which is super convenient.
Fast Bank Transfers
What do you like best about the product?
Funds available immediately and you can order a virtual card to use your funds. Also the bank transfers are fast and your funds are transferred in the same day.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bank transfer failed but I had to wait a week to transfer the funds again. In the meantime I was not able to use the money, but after that the Customer Support team resolved the issue very fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel as all in one software where you can create Invoice, transfer money to the employee or contractor banks be in different contries too. It also help in maintaing accounts and expense. It also give details about Insurance. Also a good HR Crm to maintain employees information.

I don’t have anything to dislike about deel.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Deel centralizes every aspect of global payroll, contracts, and compliance in a single, intuitive dashboard. Their user interface is clean, making it effortless to onboard new team members, track payments, and manage documents, all while keeping everything transparent and organized. Above all, their customer support is exceptional, with knowledgeable reps who respond quickly and guide you through any challenge with genuine care.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly feature-rich, I find the entire platform can feel sluggish at times, which impacts the overall user experience. A performance boost and optimization here would make the experience seamless, and honestly, once the speed matches the breadth of functionality, Deel would be absolutely unbeatable in the market. I appreciate the team’s commitment to continual improvement and look forward to even snappier interactions.

Deel takes the hassle out of receiving international payments by handling compliance, currency conversion, and fees in one place, so I get paid quickly and without any headaches.
Seamless and Reliable Experience with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is incredibly easy to use and set up. The platform has all the features I need, works smoothly, and integrates well with my workflow. I use it regularly and have had nothing but positive experiences, especially with their fast and helpful customer support.

So far, I haven’t experienced any issues. Everything has worked as expected, and the overall experience has been very positive.

I really liked, from the contractor side, that it stays connected to my accounts and keeps me updated about my payments. Since my company isn't that communicative about that, Deel does the work. I haven't seen the application as a business owner, but at least for me, it keeps it simple.
Connecting the application to my accounts was easy, so I didn't need to do a robust integration to achieve it. Since it stays connected, I don't need to do anything else. I don't even need to get into the deel portal again to do anything when receiving payments. Also, it offers viability to get my money ahead in case of trouble (obviously with a fee), but that's a relief to have that plan B available.

I would love to have a training center on taxes. As I'm from another country, it would be beneficial for me to visit a place where I can learn more about taxes in other countries to ensure compliance.

I am working as a contractor for a US company, and initially, we were paid through PayPal, which incurred a lot of fees. However, since we started using Deel, everything has become very smooth.
