It just works
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a software contractor and my client chose to use Deel and the experience has been flawless and super smooth
I like that I can automate withdrawal to my bank account when I get paid, and the ability to send a different % to different accounts

What do you dislike about the product?
I use only a subset of what Deel can do (I use it for contract / invoices, so I don't know about the other features and also never used the EOR offering), but for that subset I have nothing to complain about :)

It has PIX. It's a Brazilian payment method that is very useful and simple. LOVE IT

Deel has been a solid platform for managing global teams, and two standout aspects are its user-friendly interface and responsive customer support.
The platform is incredibly intuitive. Whether you're onboarding contractors, managing payments, or reviewing contracts, the layout is clean and the steps are easy to follow—even for those who aren’t tech-savvy. In addition, the customer support team deserves recognition. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Live chat support especially makes a difference when time-sensitive issues arise.

What do you dislike about the product?
That said, there are moments when the platform feels a bit rigid, especially when dealing with unique contract setups or less common payment configurations. Sometimes, the available options don’t fully align with more nuanced business needs, requiring back-and-forth with support. Also, while the help center is comprehensive, it can occasionally be difficult to locate specific guidance for more complex scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the complexity of being technically hired by centralizing contracts, compliance, payroll, and documentation in one platform. It eliminates the need to navigate local labor laws or set up foreign entities, which saves significant time and legal overhead. The peace of mind that everything is handled compliantly is a major benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is amazing. Every information is placed properly

Nothing like that. I like the portal. Only thing that can be improved is Expense part

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is a good platform for payments. It's awesome and has been paying me on time.

Deel is good overall and I don't have bad comments about this software.

A year of endless errors and mistakes!
What do you like best about the product?
Unfortunately nothing! The one good thing is the model itself but there are alternatives.

Honestly, from all platforms I have worked with in my career, no matter if HR, CRM or any others - Deel has been by far the worst experience. I'm extremely surprised that Deel has such a good rating here. Is it because smaller companies are not being cared about and Deel has enough enterprise customers? I don't know.
But from major mistakes when setting up new employees (the say they have dedicated people per market but our employees had to constantly point out mistakes, to payroll issues. It has been a crazy ride. Every time I contacted our CSM or customer support, they either gave the wrong answer or simply didn't know. Sent them a mail where they mixed up two numbers in a tax certificate and asked them to correct it. The support person didn't even open the attachment and asked "which number are you talking about".
Commissions for the sales team were scheduled, payout happened two months later (Deel has yet to give a good reason as of why) and eventually one person was paid the commission from several people and the refund is a major headache.
I would never consider working with Deel again after this experience. Maybe we just got really unlucky, given that others seem to have better experiences.

Deel allows you to hire people in countries where you do not have an entity.

I get to manage my payroll very easily and transfer it to my bank account

I still doubt on paying for a plastic debit card.

I get to receive very easily my paycheck and do instant transfers to my bank account via instant card transfer.
Easy and handy experience

in just a click I can transfer my money to my desire account,
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel charges a fee, and it also give lower rate then usual rate on google
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My PayPal stopped working due to some isues, and DEEL is a saviour for me.
