Simple and Seamless exprience
What do you like best about the product?
I can set up and fill in all the forms on my own time instead of having to wait for HR.

Sometimes, the list of incomplete forms/tasks are not clearly visible

Deel has the ability to enable quick, scalable global expansion for a tech start up or a mid size company looking to go global with their HCM software!

Not a popular used platform. There may be a learning curve for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is a great recommendation for my clients that need to implement an HCM at an affordable cost for a start up.
Deel provides a seasmless solution for contractors.

It’s fast, reliable and ergonomic. I can easily check whatever I want in minutes

Nothing much really. It works like a charm.

Essentially for Payroll we utilize the tool, unfortunately the experience has not been great compared to what i've heard of Deel.

Frustrating Experience with Deel HR – Poor Support & Unnecessary Delays

I like how they keep updating with the technology nowadays for 2025.

I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with Deel HR’s customer service since day one. I have continued to stay with Deel giving them the benefit doubt. It takes over two weeks to resolve even basic tasks like reviewing a contract. I submitted a termination contract, and instead of it being processed immediately—as it should be since I run the company—it went into a review queue with the message: “Deel team will review.” Why is Deel reviewing a termination I initiated for my own employee?
When I reached out for support, I was asked to provide a screen recording—which felt like a stall tactic rather than a genuine attempt to help since it has been over a full week not and not employees haven't got paid due to payroll being "PROCESSING" for over 2 weeks. The lack of urgency and ownership from their support team is unacceptable, especially when payroll and HR decisions are time sensitive.
I’ve decided to leave Deel and switch to a more responsive HRIS platform, most likely Gusto, which I’ve heard offers better support and more control for business owners.
If you’re a growing company that values efficiency and autonomy, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

customer service suck. They are not even in the US. The communication over the phone and zoom is just terrible.
