Fast, Reliable, and Easy to Use Across Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Fast, reliable, easy to use, UI looks fine and works almost everywhere

What do you like best about the product?
It was organized especially the onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The regulatory requirements provide a challenge for non-US users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to receive payment from my clients via a secure platform.
Simple, Intuitive Dashboard That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
the Simplicty and the initial dashboard allows a user friendly experience

nothing so far. As a new CFO Im enjoying the tool so far

one centralized payroll, contracts and payments tool
Convenient Auto-Withdrawal and Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
The auto-withdrawal feature is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I previously had an issue with the automatic detection of my name on my ID, as it incorrectly appended my middle name to my first name. However, support helped me, and the problem was resolved within a few days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multi-country payment
Deel is trustworthy and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Deel’s interface and usability. It’s very easy to use and informations are easily found. The process of signing the contract was fast and efficient. Payments and withdrawals are secure and fast. Deel is reliable and trustworthy. I have never had any problem, so I don’t have any experience with customer support, but I’ve heard from my colleagues that is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside for me relates to taxes and discounts made to our withdrawals. I know Deel charges the company who is using the platform to manage its employees/contractors. In my opinion, there shouldn’t be any charge for people who are receiving the payments. The amount discounted is not clear because we don’t know the percentage they charge for each transaction. It would be better if we had a fixed percentage disclosed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the contract signing part which can be difficult and confusing. Also it guides us on how to fill the W-8BEN Form which is really important and can be difficult to understand. We can do it straight from the platform, it’s really helpful. At last, it makes money transactions easy and trustworthy between different countries.

Deel Payroll addresses the challenge of managing global payroll and compliance. It helps us ensure timely payments to international employees while also taking care of tax and legal requirements, which saves time and reduces errors. Overall, it benefits our team by streamlining payroll processes and helping us avoid compliance risks.
Fast Payments and Effortless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
The payment occured quickly and the process was easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should have the option of a direct bank account transfer for free, without using other platforms.

So far, I haven't encountered any problems that needed to be solved. Nevertheless, everything is working well!

What do you like best about the product?
All the procedure to register, sign contract and receive payment in Deel was quite easy and worked perfectly

I find their platform somewhat confusing at first, but once you get through the initial experience, it becomes manageable.

I used Deel Payroll to sign my contract with a company in another country and to receive my payments.

Running multi-country payroll is straightforward and consistent. I like the clear breakdown of gross vs. net, localized tax handling, and the ability to pay contractors and employees in different countries from one place. The onboarding experience is smooth, the compliance guardrails reduce manual checks, and payouts land reliably. The UI is clean, and support articles cover most edge cases
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be more flexible—custom filters and export formats are limited for deeper audits. Some compliance documents take longer than expected to surface in the dashboard, and navigation between contractor payments and employee payroll can feel a bit siloed. Pricing transparency for certain add-ons could be clearer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel centralizes multi-country payroll and contractor payments, removing the overhead of maintaining separate local providers. It handles local tax rules and compliance, which reduces risk and manual work. This lets us onboard talent faster, pay on schedule across currencies, and standardize processes. The outcome is fewer operational bottlenecks, fewer errors, and more time for core work.

What do you like best about the product?
The Deel interface is very easy to use, and issuing invoices and withdrawing funds is very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the initial information setup, some questions can be a bit confusing for people who are working abroad for the first time.

Receive payments in dollars and transfer them to my Brazilian bank account easily.
