Would like to upload more than one document for expense submissions.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is how simple and streamlined the entire hiring process is. Creating a contract takes just a few minutes, and all the necessary documentation is automatically prepared and ready for the new hire to sign—making onboarding incredibly efficient. Payments are processed quickly and reliably, which creates a great experience for both our team and the people we work with. On top of that, the customer support is excellent—responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I could not find anything I dislike about Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Deel I manage to hire talent all over Latam without worrying. I dont have to worry about my contractors receiving their money on time.

The app is user friendly. It's easy to connect various payment methods and has a few nice options, though limited.

I tried contacting customer support once to help adjuct a typo in my name in a contract, but I haven't recieved a response about that.

Easy money transfer by my contractor.
Excellent solution and experience
What do you like best about the product?
I work remotely and Deel was the solution to formalize the contract and use as a platform for interaction with the client. On a single platform, I can make contracts, report additional hours beyond those scheduled, charge, decide whether to use a purchase card they provide or send to a multitude of destinations (banks, wallets, etc.). You can request advances, charge in advance, and they offer services within the platform.
Being able to make contracts and sign them by both parties despite the distances is extremely simple and fast!
I use the platform every month to manage my contract and always have good experiences, as they even have a mobile app, which makes it even simpler.
I haven't had the need to contact customer support, so I can't evaluate it, but I find it positive since I haven't had any issues.
Everything you can do is really comprehensive, totally recommendable!

They offer many services and agreements with platforms from different sectors, but unfortunately I haven't found anything that is more beneficial than directly. Since they have these services, it could be very useful for them to improve the benefits.

Deel has given me the opportunity to work remotely, as I live in Italy and work for Latin America. It has simplified the way of making the contract to interact month by month with my employer.

The prepaid card is a plus, and the new app is very good, still a bit finicky, but very useful

In Argentina the physical card should arrive.

as i am a contractor in an ofsohore site it is very helpful getting paid without the hasle that comes from other payment providers

What I dislike about Deel is that the withdrawal fees can add up, especially if you're withdrawing frequently or in smaller amounts. Also, while the platform is generally user-friendly, some features—like editing contracts or changing payment methods—can feel a bit restricted or require client approval, which slows things down. It would be great to have more flexibility and transparency in those areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the major challenges of getting paid and managing contracts as a remote worker with international clients. It eliminates the hassle of currency conversions, delayed payments, and complex legal paperwork. For me, it means I can work with clients from anywhere in the world and get paid on time, in my preferred method, with full confidence that everything is legally compliant and secure. It simplifies admin tasks and gives me more time to focus on delivering quality work.
