It made it quite easy to manage my contract and receive payments.
Good experience in general but met some minor annoying issues

Always failed to send the verification code at the first time when I log in. I have to wait for one more minutes to ask it to send the code again.

Easy. It goes directly to my bank. The reminders are good as well. Basically the ease of use.

Maybe the conversion fee? But that’s really it.

Deel is solving the problem of hiring, paying, and managing global teams by handling compliance, contracts, and payroll across countries. This benefits me by saving time, reducing legal risks, and allowing me to focus more on growth and talent rather than administrative tasks.

There’s a noticeable gap between the mobile and desktop experiences, and I typically default to desktop.
