One drawback of Deel is that its platform can feel complex at first, especially for new users unfamiliar with global compliance and contract.

Deel is solving the problem of hiring, paying, and managing global teams by handling compliance, contracts, and payroll across countries. This benefits me by saving time, reducing legal risks, and allowing me to focus more on growth and talent rather than administrative tasks.

I can make payments to many workers in many countries without troubles and the payments become accurate no matter the exchange rates

Deel makes handling contracts and payments easy. You can view everything at a glance: documents, payment history, and new invoice alerts. No time wasted with bureaucracy, just focus on doing great work.

There’s a noticeable gap between the mobile and desktop experiences, and I typically default to desktop.

It takes care of the challenges of international contracting and payments, making global collaboration seamless and stress-free

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that deel provides end to end tracking of your payment from the company to vendor and finally to your bank account

The user experience trying to find your transactions and invoices were cumbersome

I dont have to go elsewhere to track my payments from my parent company.

Inaccuracies with time tracking and instant payment
I use to manage my work and receive payments from the clients. It is easy to use.

Users can create their contracts and update it as well on deel itself.

Probably that work on it is not update very frequently

My biggest problem was receiving transfer directly into my account and Deel is doing it.
