What do you like best about the product?
Deel payroll handles multiple countries and compliance well.

I have not had many issues with the platform. The advertisements for Deel Card and Deel Advances are annoying.

Easy to use, to understand processes and documents, clear view of status and documentation, making international hire easy.

some of the documents may need some help to understand, as it comes from US legal system, so you may want to check in with a lawyer or send through AI to understand better what you are doing and checking in with your legislation.

Sometimes the payment arrived late in the day, and if it couldn’t be processed on that day, I would receive it the following week.

I receive payments from the company I work with, which is based in another country, so it helps facilitate the contract process and makes handling payments easier.

What do you like best about the product?
You can check how much is your incoming salary before the payroll day so you can advise the payroll team if you have concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cash advances have high interest rates, even if the money is requested just a few days before the salary date. The cash advance must be paid on the upcoming salary day, including interest. Money will be credit to your account right away but less the 50% interest.

Good Platform, Fast Support
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel Payroll is how responsive their support team is that whenever there’s any issue or question, they reply quickly and help resolve things right away. I also really appreciate the flexibility in payment options, since it’s easy to transfer my earnings from the platform to my preferred method. Overall, it feels reliable, efficient, and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that they removed the payment advance feature. I really valued being able to access my payment as soon as the client paid, usually earlier than payday. That flexibility made a big difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Payroll helps solve payment timing and access to earnings by offering options like Deel Advance, which allows you to get paid earlier when needed. This benefits me by giving flexibility in managing my finances. However, while they reopened Deel Advance after removing the previous payment advance feature, the current fee is higher than the option they used to offer, which makes it less accessible. Overall, Deel still provides helpful tools for getting paid globally and on time.

If you set up the account correctly, they don't charge you, so it's really good. They charge you when the currency you are paid in is converted to another.

Let them hold money raffles for all users

Being able to receive the dollars, although now the dollar is so low that if they also take away for the transaction, well, I don't think it's fair.
