What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel Payroll is its user-friendly interface. Since day one of using Deel Payroll, you can understand how everything works, how to withdraw your money to a bank account, and how to submit an expense for reimbursement. It also offers the option to have a Deel card, which is a helpful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I'm satisfied with all the features Deel Payroll has to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and saves a lot of time. Everything feels clear and well-structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cashout options could be better - wire transfers can take several days and come with extra bank fees, especially when transferring internationally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product addresses the challenges involved in handling international payroll, making the process much more manageable.
Deel as a multi country payroll
What do you like best about the product?
The money is available in a timely manner and the fee charged by the app to send and convert the money to my local currency is fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option of early withdrawal is no longer available.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that everything is done on the app. You can review your contract, request paperwork and get immediately and get pay stubs

When I was setting up my account, I encountered difficulties uploading documents from my phone. As a result, I had to locate a computer, since that was the only way I could complete the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This service simplified the process for my employer to hire me from overseas, as they didn’t have to deal with any of the legal or technical complexities themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
The system automatically generates contracts that are compliant with specific local labor laws, which are updated in real-time as regulations change.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core HRIS is free, many useful features (like advanced performance management, compensation benchmarking, or IT device management) require monthly per-user add-on fees that bloat the final invoice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You become a more attractive employer. If you can offer a developer in Argentina the ability to take their pay in USD or Crypto via a Deel Card, you will win that talent over a competitor who can only offer a standard local bank deposit.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easier to handle many payroll tasks by automating and tracking them efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we reviewed the integrations some time ago, we found that they were missing certain features, especially when compared to other HR tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Payroll has made handling international payments much simpler for me, greatly reducing the difficulties I previously encountered.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel facilitates international contracts, being really helpful to support remote workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the $5 fee per transation, maybe this should be charged from the employer and not the employee.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Deel Payroll is how straightforward it makes managing international payroll. Paying people in different countries can get complicated very quickly, but Deel simplifies the process and gives me confidence that everything is compliant and handled correctly. The platform is intuitive, and having everything in one place saves a lot of time and mental effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t love is that some features can feel a bit rigid when you have more specific or uncommon payroll needs. At times, it feels like there’s limited flexibility unless you go through support, which can slow things down. Also, some parts of the interface could be clearer, especially for first-time users trying to understand detailed payroll breakdowns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Payroll solves the complexity of paying international workers by handling compliance, contracts, and payments across different countries. Since I work from Brazil for a California-based company, it removes a lot of friction that would otherwise exist with cross-border payments. It makes the entire process much simpler and more reliable, allowing me to focus on my work instead of worrying about payment logistics or legal issues.
Safe, Fast, and Efficient Salary Transfers with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that Deel is a safe, fast and efficient way to receive our salary. Making it simple to integrate with my international money exchange account and receive in my country's monetary value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I must confess that having to pay 5 dollars could seem fair for the Deel services, but considering the devalued worth of my country's money, it is actually a lot of money. This is the only thing I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to receive my salary through the american system and tranfer my money over to Brazil. Easily.
