Deel has been incredibly easy to use — everything is well organised and intuitive, even for first-time users. As a developer, I also found the implementation process smooth, with clear steps and minimal hassle. Their customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. We use Deel regularly, and it’s become a reliable part of our workflow. It offers a good number of features without feeling bloated, and while the integrations are simple, they work well for what we need. Overall, it’s a solid tool that just makes remote hiring and payments much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven’t found anything major to dislike so far. The experience has been smooth, and from a developer’s point of view, it's refreshing to use a platform that just works without needing constant tweaks.As a developer, I appreciate how reliable and straightforward it is — I haven’t really run into anything that stood out as a problem.

Deel helps streamline both performance reviews and payroll in one place, which saves a lot of time and effort. Instead of juggling different tools or manual processes, everything is organized and easy to manage. It also ensures accuracy with payments and gives clarity to both managers and team members during performance reviews. Having all of this handled in a single platform makes things way more efficient.

I love Deel's intuitive and beginner-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate and manage my salary documentation effortlessly. It's particularly beneficial for cross-border transactions, cutting down friction and ensuring quick salary transfers from foreign employers to my Malaysian bank account. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of submitting claimable expenses through Deel, which streamlines a previously cumbersome process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the fee associated with Deel is rather high, especially when transferring money directly into my Malaysian bank account. It would be beneficial if the conversion rate was closer to the mid-market rate and the fees were reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Deel cuts friction in receiving salary from foreign employers, making it faster. It simplifies document submission and payroll insights, benefiting me as a Malaysian receiving foreign payments.
