Really good experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage my money from work with different providers, specially with Astropay. Easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Local integrations with providers, for example in Argentina with other banks or something like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To receive mi salary from another country in a really confortable way to both sides.
Short but pleasant
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to set up. I think it does a lot of the heavylifting and removes some steps of communication between employers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think my experience was long enough to find something I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made the whole process easier for my employer and made it so I didn't have to reach out to anyone.
Great UI, but feels a bit like a free platform
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to navigate. The salary breakdown is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speaking to a real person for support can take long. When employed directly I felt Deel lacked transparency. I get notifications that are basically ads for ExpressVPN. They also push the invitation too much. This makes the platform feel like some free app trying to support itself with ads and referrals.

Processing Payroll from a foreign company

What do you like best about the product?
I find Deel to be easy to use, with a friendly user interface. The payment tracking is very helpful as well. I use Deel as a contractor, paid bi-monthly and it works great. I like that I am easily able to adjust where my deposit goes and by which percentage it is split up into my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints as of now, and have been using Deel for nearly a year.

Tracking and receiving payments.

I love how user friendly it is. From seeing the amount pending to you , if you have a contract. Or how pretty the invoices are that you are able to download easily from Deel

Honestly nothing, there isn’t anything I could think of

It is solving the problem of waiting 3-5 business days for the funds to hit a different county card. With Deel it takes less than 1 hour for me to get the funds

Easy and Reliable for Getting Paid
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is easy to use and quick to set up. It fits well with how our company handles payroll. Their support team is helpful when I need them. I use it often to check payslips and get paid, and it works smoothly every time. Even though it has lots of features, it’s still simple to use and works well with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Deel mainly for payslips and payouts, and overall it works fine. But the Android app can be slow and sometimes takes a while to load or respond, which can be frustrating when you just want to quickly check your payslip.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the problem of handling payroll and payslips for employees working in different countries or locations. It takes care of the complicated legal and payment stuff behind the scenes, so I don’t have to worry about delays or errors in my salary. For me, this means getting paid on time and having easy access to my payslips whenever I need them, without any hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is incredibly easy to use, even from the first time logging in. I regularly use it to check my contract, download payslips, view tax documents, and manage my bank account details. Everything is clearly laid out and simple to navigate. The platform loads quickly and is very reliable. I especially appreciate how frequently it's updated with new features that improve the overall experience. I use it at least once or twice a month, and each time, it’s smooth and efficient. While I haven’t needed much customer support, the help center is well-organized and provides clear answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don’t have any complaints. Deel has worked exactly as I’ve needed it to—no issues with access, document downloads, or payments. It’s been a great tool.

Instead of juggling multiple platforms or waiting on HR teams for updates, I can instantly access my contract, payslips, tax documents, and bank details in one place. What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is clean and intuitive, and the onboarding process for contractors is quick. Deel’s automated invoicing, localized contracts, and support for multiple currencies save a lot of time and reduce manual errors.

While the platform is very effective, the reporting dashboard can feel limited at times, especially for more complex data views. Additionally, occasional delays in payout processing may occur depending on local banking systems.
