What I like best about Deel is how easy it makes hiring and paying talent globally. The platform handles compliance, contracts, and payments all in one place, which saves a lot of time and reduces risk. It's especially useful for scaling remote teams without needing to set up local entities

While Deel is overall reliable, the cross-border transfer fees can be a bit high depending on the payout method and country. Additionally, some delays occur with certain payment routes, and not all currencies or local payout options are supported, which can be limiting for some team members.

Deel simplifies the complexity of global hiring, contracts, compliance, and payroll. It eliminates the need to set up local entities, handles tax and legal requirements across countries, and ensures timely payments. Sometimes, it crash but overall features are good.

That said, Deel is constantly improving and actively communicates any updates or delays, which is highly appreciated.

The only thing I’d flag is that while Deel offers good integration options, we found the setup with some of our internal HR systems took a bit of extra time and manual effort. It would be great if they could expand the ease of integration across more platforms and tools. Also, while the features are rich, sometimes there’s a bit of a learning curve when exploring the newer ones—but nothing too overwhelming.
