Effortless Payments with Outstanding Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how Deel makes the setup process so easy and straightforward. The identification system is incredibly quick, which is a significant improvement over other vendors I've used in the past. I find the international transfer feature particularly beneficial, allowing me to receive payments without much hassle directly from my employer to my local bank or through SWIFT transfers. The automatic transfer option ensures I get my funds instantly, which is a huge convenience. I also appreciate Deel's virtual card feature as it allows me to make online purchases easily. Moreover, Deel's fees are quite competitive, and the integration with my email notifications makes my experience seamless. Overall, Deel encompasses everything I would look for in a bank app or website, making it extremely useful and handy. That's why I would rate it 20 out of 10 in terms of recommendation.

I find the transfer speed from the US to my local bank could be improved.

I use Deel to simplify international money transfers, effortlessly moving funds to my local bank without hassle. Its ease of setup, automatic swift transfers, and virtual card enhance my financial transactions and online purchases.

It's ok, I don't dislike it. I haven't have any problems yet.

Easy and quick onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is a quick way to onboard employees and contractors. Employees and contractors can self-onboard with intuitive user interface that works on desktop and mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding flow can be better explained as there were a couple of steps like direct deposit enrollment and document signing where I felt lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote onboarding of employees. Contract execution across countries. Payroll across regions.
Easy and inclusive

It’s really user friendly to log in and upload all information. Everything is so handy and the contact center assistants are ready to help out. I love it

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using feel from many years it's well designed payment system smooth experience and I really like their withdrawal from bank transfe, and crypto so far topnotch experience

Bank transfer takes more time to process withdrawal it Should be fast as other withdrawal options

Hiring and paying talent across borders is complex due to local laws, taxes, and currency issues, Deel really help us to solve this problem
Deel is a good and easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very good in terms of ease of use and I can easily manage funds. Their customer support is very good as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Deel provided document that could be presented for visa interview. So, for that I would have to transfer my funds to local banks first.

Deel is one of the best payroll platforms in the market today.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Deel for quite a while, and I can personally attest to the platform's seamless payroll processing. I also appreciate how innovative the brand is; they now offer cryptocurrency as part of your payroll instead of just sticking to traditional currencies. Not all companies evolve like Deel does.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rates can be better. Wise has a better rate than Deel.

Money Transfer and credit. Reimbursements.

What do you like best about the product?
The support is awesome, I entered with contact at midnight at my timezone and they were really quickly to reply.

Some features may be confusing, but you get used to it pretty quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They facilitate how to handle payment around the world.
It is actually pretty good, I love it!

It is pretty straightforward and transparent, I think has a good way to withdraw the payment and is pretty fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has some visual bugs here and there, some times that's confusing and login in is kinda anoying, it is an app that you log in 1 day a month, so the 2ble check every month even though I get it, I would prefer to avoid it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the contracts to be hired is so easy, I cannot even remember how I did it, but it was not like 5 emails sending "I agree" kinda thing.

What do you like best about the product?
Anyone can use it. It's very simple to navigate has more tuan I expected. This is above and beyond a financial platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well at first your just not sure what Deep is. I thought they were just a payment provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The contract aspect of it. You can be very well intended going above and beyond but in the end it's your word that counts. Misworded contracts can lead to loss of income, time clashes, expectations beyond either customer or contractor.
