Automatic Transfers to My Bank Account Make Payouts Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my funds can be automatically transferred into my personal bank account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t actually receive a paycheck. In other words, we don’t receive an appropriate paycheck each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is pretty straightforward and I think it benefits the company I work for by not still having to worry about payroll every month

the fees are a bit not clear when it comes to intermediary bank, but i believe its not something they can control

being paid on time and having a tracking system of when my employer paid me and it supports international transactions

Very easy to navigate and very friendly UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had one instance where I tried to withdraw my funds but then it got delayed for 1 day then got delayed again. I was able to get it the next Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how easy it was to sign up/create account and there was not much requirements needed, especially for those people like me who just started working.

They are very efficient and transparent about taxes.

Spreads are higher than others, especially from USD to BRL

It’s efficient, thanks to the wide range of options it provides for receiving my salary. The application is simple and straightforward to use, and the option to borrow against my salary is also helpful.

Ontaining the physical card is a bit difficult and the discounts/offers available are quite limited in variety

Using crypto payment gateway has facilitated timely reception of the salary regardless of geogtaphical limitations or banking limitstions

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is an all in one platform so I can easily view and request holidays, payroll enquiries, see the org chart, etc.

there is nothing I don't like about Deel Payroll from an employee perspective.

The advance feature is brilliant! Knowing when to expect the next paycheck exactly is also brilliant. Requesting time off within the app is simple and lovely.
