Effortless Payroll Management with a Simple, Clear UI
What do you like best about the product?
The simple UI, we can clearly check our contracts and payroll information, plus as soon as the amount is payed it gets into your account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to remember where all the stuff is, specially in the mobile version, the web is pretty simple, but the mobile has lots of tabs and the screen is tiny, that makes it even harder to pin point where some specific stuff is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live in Brazil and work for a US company, without Deel receiving the paycheck would be nearly impossible, the simplicity of just creating an account and signing the contract is out of this world.

Deel it's easy, i simply have my contract and get paid and to transfer it is super simple too, everything is well explained

maybe the process could be easier for foreign countries

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Brazilian software developer working as a contractor for a US-based company, and I use Deel Payroll to receive my monthly payments in USD. The platform makes the entire payment process very easy and reliable. I like how simple it is to receive international payments, track payment status, and withdraw the funds to my Brazilian bank account. The interface is clear, onboarding was fast, and payments are consistently on time, which gives me confidence when working with an international company.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel Payroll works well overall, the fees for currency conversion and withdrawals to a Brazilian bank can be a bit high compared to local payment options. Also, some steps in the verification and compliance process take time, especially during onboarding or when updating personal information. These are not major issues, but small improvements in fees and processing speed would make the experience even better.

Deel Payroll solves the complexity of receiving international payments as a contractor working for a foreign company. As a Brazilian developer working for a US-based company, it handles contracts, compliance, and cross-border payments in a structured way. This reduces the risk of payment delays, legal issues, and misunderstandings around international payroll. For me, this means predictable monthly payments, less administrative work, and the ability to focus on development instead of dealing with international payment and compliance challenges.

Verification loops - Sometimes it gets stuck in a loop even after you've uploaded everything correctly.
Clunky mobile experience - While the desktop site is smooth, the mobile app (or mobile browser version) feels limited and buggy for things like uploading expense receipts.

It is easy to use, Have a lot a ways to do your transactions. Great customer support. Use it only one a month every time I get paid.

As a freelancer, it is always hard to manage financial deals and agreements. Deel makes it smoother and easier to manage them all.

I think there is no PKR account. I think there must be a PKR account as well

The fees and sometimes the time it takes for deel to sent the money to their provider, as the dollar is volatile nowadays it takes a crucial part the time it takes for send the money taking into account the exchange they provide. Also if you want your money before the due date deel takes an additional fee
