Crisp and seamless onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has a very intutive user interface. The UI is very focused with no clutter and helpful tooltips and textual messages in the right places. This makes it a joy to go through the onboarding process. In terms of features they have a very straightforward verification process of the documents. Their reponse and feedback is also very quick and to the point. This enables the user to understand what the potential issue is and rectify it quickly, be it a faulty document upload, issue with the photo or some details missing. Support is also very helpful. Turnaround time for most of the queries atleast for me has been within 4 hrs.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it has been a breeze using Deel. Nothing to complain so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a nutshell it aims at consolidating the important aspects of one's corporate life like payments, engagements, documentation, taxation etc in a single place.

What do you like best about the product?
I felt that with Deel the usage of the platform was very simple, also very clear the documents that I needed to upload an the early responds once I´ve finished doing that process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say, the only thing I feel that can be imporved is the way you log in, But I do understand that it part the security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both employee and the company are in different countrys, so it makes thing easier for both to engage in the needs of each other.
Good & friendly payroll app
What do you like best about the product?
I already knew Deel as a Multi-Country Payroll Software and like its ease of use, options to withdraw funds and integration with my local banks.
I also had an issue with a new withdrawal method and a Deel rep contacted me directly to help me resolve. Excellent customer support

It has different funds transfer times depending on the withdrawal method. It takes longer in some to receive funds

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be hired from companies all around the world in a very easy way. I can work remotely without having trouble with payroll.

The simplicity, No bell and wistles just get the work done its meant for , withdrawal are always a breeze , if something goes wrong support is amazing too

Deel solves the transparency issue between the contractor and the employer

What do you like best about the product?
Having all our HR processes consolidated into one system. Managing contracts, PTOs, medical or family care days, and expense reimbursement requests is straightforward and clear. Additionally, regardless of our location, I can seamlessly receive my salary transferred to my local bank. I can easily access the system as many times as I need, and it is secure every time, thanks to the two-way verification feature.

I can only keep the balance for one month before it has to be withdrawn
