Feel makes it easy for me to receive payments on time and on a consistent basis. Money is direct deposited into my bank account.

I like how clearly they explained the process and the reason behind it. They were polite and quick to respond, making it easier for me to understand what steps I need to take next.

Deel helps manage international payroll, compliance, and benefits like Provident Fund in one place. It makes it easy for me to work with a global company without worrying about local legal or salary issues. Everything is handled smoothly, and their support team helps quickly when I have questions.

i would saw logging into the app using my phone. I would have to log in twice to enter the app.

I also appreciate the transparency, it’s clear what you’re paying, when, and why. It really helps reduce the friction of working with international contractors and employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel is a great platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes the platform feels a bit rigid, for example, making changes to contracts or payment schedules isn't always as flexible or intuitive as I’d like. Also, depending on the country, payout timelines can vary or feel slower than expected. Lastly, while support is helpful, getting quick answers during off-hours can be a challenge.

Deel solves the challenges of getting paid as an international contractor, especially when working with companies based in other countries. It handles the legal side—like contracts and tax documents—so I don’t have to worry about compliance. It also takes care of currency conversion and gives me flexible withdrawal options, which saves time and stress. Overall, it makes working with global companies way more accessible and professional.
