What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel offers an excellent platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, the dashboard can feel a bit overwhelming for new users due to the number of features and settings.

Deel is solving the complex challenges of hiring and paying international talent compliantly. It eliminates the need to set up local entities, manage legal paperwork, or navigate country-specific regulations. For us, this means we can scale our team globally without administrative headaches. It has streamlined our onboarding, contract management, and payroll processes, saving us time, reducing legal risk, and allowing us to focus more on growth and productivity.

I use it daily. It is very easy to use. Its reward section is tempting. Payments to global contractors and employees are automated, currency-converted, and usually on time. Its very easy to find every thing at perfect place. HR operations like document storage, contract management, and payroll are centralised in one place.

What ever I explored till now, I did not find anything to dislike.

Its way of paying invoice automatically is great feature. And its make thing easier for multi-currency payroll.

Fast transactions but infinitely slow admins processes

The transactions are generally fast and at a good rate.

I applied for a virtual card, and it's been 8 months with no progress. I think it will be done by the end of the world or a week later.
