Deel- One stop solutions for your payments
What do you like best about the product?
Fast & flexible payout options. I get paid in USD to my local bank in India within 1–2 business days, with low fees — better than PayPal. 24/7 customer support via chat and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not at this moment, since I got a solution from them regarding the payouts on bank holidays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting paid across borders is usually slow & expensive. Deel streamlined global payments with multiple payout options (bank transfer, Wise, Payoneer, crypto, Deel Card), with faster processing and reduced fees.
It been ok, it works and I get paid

That the payment is always on time, there’s no errors on the app

Feel charges too much specially if it been used in a 3rd world county outside of the USA it should be way less

User-Friendly with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Deel Payroll because it has a user-friendly layout that makes it easy to use. It's really easy to track the changes in payroll and money, which is super helpful. I love how easy it is to contact support; they have a really good system in place. They've been friendly and provided fast solutions, which is awesome. Setting up Deel Payroll was really easy, and making updates later was straightforward too. I appreciate being able to keep track of my money with ease, seeing my salary details, and understanding expenses. Overall, the platform is reliable and hasn't given me any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, when you contact support, you have to stay on the chat so you know when you are getting a response. Which I don't think it's as efficient because sometimes you have to do something else while talking to support. So I think it would be really useful if you were able to receive a notification, like a push notification on your cell phone or wherever you're contacting support. So you know when they answer. And the help is faster that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deel Payroll to keep track of my money, which I couldn't do before. It's user-friendly, making it easy to track changes in payroll, and contacting support is really easy with fast solutions.

The customisable template allows you to manage your on the go activities, that help to get a quick access to the required ones.

The loading time taken by the application is a bit longer than expected

Nothing really haha maybe the taxes process was a bit unclear, but I am particularly bad at that.
