What I like best about Deel is its ability to simplify and centralize global workforce management. From onboarding international contractors and employees to handling localized compliance, payroll, and benefits—all within a single platform—Deel significantly reduces operational overhead. Its user-friendly interface, transparent cost structure, and robust legal infrastructure make it incredibly valuable for growing remote teams efficiently and compliantly.

What I like best about Deel is how easy it makes hiring and paying international talent, all while staying compliant.

The downside of Deel are that the fees can be on the higher side.

Deel is solving the complexity of hiring, onboarding, and paying international contractors and employees. It helps us stay compliant with local laws and simplifies global payroll, saving us time and reducing legal risk.
Simple and fast
What do you like best about the product?
This is my first time receiving payments on this type of payroll platform, and it just works! Transferring payments to other countries banks works smoothly. Recommended.

You need to make sure your info matches your bank info, but that's it.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally found Deel to be incredibly helpful and user-friendly. The transaction process was smooth, the integration seamless, and everything moved quickly, which made the entire experience efficient and stress-free.

There wasn’t much I found to dislike about Deel. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.

Deel is a good option for freelancers to receive their payments in El Salvador
What do you like best about the product?
Opening my account was very easy, plus I was able to include my local bank account and schedule the transfer of money to that account to be done automatically. Additionally, the fees that Deel charges are low compared to Payoneer or PayPal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no detail as explicit about the commissions that are deducted.

Direct international payment to my local bank with low fees.
The best experience in Payment Methods
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been, by far, the most seamless platform I’ve used for managing global payments. The ability to choose from multiple payout methods (Wise, Payoneer, Crypto, etc.) with fast processing times and low fees is a game changer. Their dashboard is intuitive, everything is transparent, and I always receive my payments on time. I also appreciate how easy it is to download compliant invoices and manage contracts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel works great for most situations, sometimes the currency conversion rates can be a bit less competitive than external services. Also, while the platform is highly efficient, the mobile app is really slow. Minor improvements there could take the experience to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps me overcome one of the biggest challenges as a remote contractor: receiving timely and secure international payments without bureaucratic delays or compliance issues. Before Deel, getting paid by companies abroad was slow and expensive. Now, I have full transparency on payment dates, the ability to choose my preferred payment method, and access to legally compliant contracts that protect both me and the companies I work with. It saves me time, money, and stress, allowing me to focus entirely on delivering results.
Smooth Onboarding Experience as a Contractor
What do you like best about the product?
I recently joined a new company and started using Deel last week as a contractor. I was really impressed with how clearly all the onboarding steps were explained. Uploading my documents and adding my personal and professional information was very straightforward and intuitive. The platform guided me through every stage of the process, making everything easy to understand even for a first-time user. I also appreciate how transparent the payment section is—it shows all the details and offers several withdrawal options, including even a dedicated Deel debit card, which I found very interesting. Overall, the onboarding experience left me feeling confident and well-informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found anything negative in my experience. However, since I have only just started using Deel, I still need to use the platform more over the coming months to have a more complete opinion. For now, everything has worked smoothly and as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping me by making the contractor onboarding process much easier and clearer. Instead of dealing with complicated paperwork or unclear steps, I was able to quickly upload my documents and complete all the required information in one place. Deel organizes everything in a transparent way, especially regarding payments, which helps me feel secure and in control. Being able to manage withdrawals and even access a dedicated debit card makes receiving payments very flexible and convenient. Overall, Deel saves me time and reduces the stress usually associated with joining a new company as a contractor.
