Swift experience!
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive. Easy way to collect your salary and also plenty of options to withdraw your money. I definitely recommend It!

Fees to withdraw money are usually very high

Ease of Use, It is really easy to detect activities and does not require a lot of playing with it.

Customer Support, does not have the sufficient training required.

Salary pay. Benefits a lot unlike what we are using before
I could not have asked for a better platform to receive my earnings.
What do you like best about the product?
I had an issue once and they helped through and through, it wasnt hard but they surely made me feel supported to solve it. Its easy to use and intuitive and I can receive my earnings fast. I use it byweekly and I can receive all my money thanks to the partnership with an app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never experienced anything that would make me think of choosing another platform. Deel is the first platform I ever used and every single time I had to receive my earnings through someone else, I asked if it could be through Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To receive my earnings from abroad. I never thought it could be so easy to receive earnings from abroad.
Everything is really clear
What do you like best about the product?
No matter what is the process, could be a payment, a reimbursement or an invoice...everything is clear. Deel have step by step guidance that makes really understandable for new joiners or new features. Something that talking about money, it is important to have the most hassle-free way to do it. We dont need to do extra policies or guidance for the people, is easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the rates, but it is something you can accept considering the time of transfer to your bank account which is really fast and the experience with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our team we operate with multiple countries in all Latam, so it is easy to use and accomplish the local requirements for everyone.

It's a very intuitive platform, also very secure, I had not had any issues with it. It also has a good rate to transfer to my bank account

Before, I used to have to withdraw my money because the couldn't keep it for a long time in there. However I think I don't have to do that anymore

I can receive very easily my payments and I can keep my money safe there. So I don't spend it if I have it on my bank account

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy and secure it was to sign my contract and receive payments. Deel handled everything seamlessly. The process was fully digital, fast, and clear. As a Brazilian user, being able to withdraw funds via Pix made everything even more convenient. Deel made international work and payment effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t had any negative experiences. Everything worked smoothly for my needs with Alignerr. It would be great if more payout options were added in the future, but Pix already works perfectly for me.

Deel solves the complexity of international contracting and payments. As a freelancer, I was able to sign my contract and receive payments from a foreign company with ease, speed, and security. The platform also offers local payout options like Pix in Brazil, which makes the process even more convenient and accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it is user friendly, because, as a first time user, I didn't have a hard time neither navigating nor filling out the fields required. I even got to learn some cool features from it. I loved the fact that it helps me to have some light about my taxes.

Honestly I cannot see something that I would dislike.

I’ve been using Deel for over a year as a self-employed worker with a company that processes its payments through the platform. I’ve never had any issues with payments — everything has always been on time and clearly documented. Their support team is super easy to reach by live chat or email, and they’re always quick to respond and helpful. The platform is intuitive and gives me peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I’ve encountered was a small bug where my date of birth wouldn’t register properly in the system. But even then, their support team handled it efficiently and the problem was resolved within a few days. I really felt supported and taken seriously, which made a big difference.
