Excelent Platform for payments
What do you like best about the product?
The withdrawal takes very short time, and never delays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Weekend payments will be processed on Monday. Or next business day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem about finding the best exchange rate since the payment is already in my local currency.

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is extremely user-friendly, and payment is such a breeze, I couldn't believe it. Haven't experienced any delays at all. Onboarding was also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't seen anything I disliked on Deel yet.

It's facilitating my contractor payments.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the Deel Advance feature. It’s a game changer—being able to access funds before the usual payout date helps me manage my finances better, especially during tight weeks. The process is fast, transparent, and super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel overall is great, one thing I’d like to see improved is the customer support response time. There are moments when urgent concerns take longer than expected to be addressed. Faster and more responsive support would make the experience even better.

Deel is solving the challenge of getting paid easily and on time as a remote worker. It simplifies contracts, payment processing, and compliance, all in one place. I don’t have to worry about exchange rates, international transfers, or delays, everything is smooth and efficient. Plus, features like Deel Advance give me more control over my cash flow when I need it most.

1. Setting up the Deel account was simple and fast
2. Deel keeps me in constant communication regarding my payments and other important information.
3. Once Deel receives my money, I can access it within 48 hours.
4. The US dollar to Kenya Shilling exchange is better than that for most other payment platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to dislike about Deel so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the problem of delayed payments when payer and payee are in different countries and using different currencies. Deel is benefiting me because it has made it super fast to get paid by a US company from where I am located in Kenya. The conversion from US dollars to Kenyan shillings is seamless.

Deel has been so far the most user friendly and one of the best out there! Can totally rely on! With all the best offers deal has for its members!

At first, I wasn’t sure if it was legit, but I just received my first salary, and it took around three days to arrive. The contract signing process was much easier compared to other jobs I’ve had (I’ve done two others without using Deel).
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I would say is truly bad. However, I did notice that my name wasn’t displayed correctly in the contract. That wasn’t Deel’s fault, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it much easier to work with international companies by handling contracts, compliance, and payments in one place. As someone from India working with global clients, I used to worry about how I’d get paid securely and on time. Deel takes care of that, so I don’t have to chase payments or deal with complicated paperwork. The whole process from signing the contract to receiving my salary is smooth and reliable.

I really appreciate Deel’s friendly interface and customisable content. Additionally, I like that I could track the progress of whatever task I wanted to execute.

From my experience so far, I don’t have any reasons to dislike Deel!

I believe Deel is breaking the issues surrounding multi-country payments, which makes the employers and employees more likely to be willing to participate in their work.

You can check the tasks you need to do easily

A little bit cluttered and sometimes you do not know where you need to navigate to. There are too many tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps the company pays me. Thus far I am yet to observe how it actually works. It is easy to sign a contract with the contractor/employer as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and integration was smooth. Loved the wide variety of payment options. Customer support was also top notch
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding support did not easily very my ID, but I like that there was an option to manually verify and it was done swiftly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment and time tracking. With deal, there is no fear of being cheated with work hours nor pay is distorted. Its all seemless service
