What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to pull money from Deel in various different ways. I also love the deel card functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
App is a little slow because I have an old phone. Also, the currency for conversion for a deel card could be better, like Revolut. Also, add multiple crypto coin conversion for other wallets, not just coinbase.

Great App and webservice for freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy use and connect to payers and instant payment schedules with plenty of features for freelancers who has multiple payers. Great customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
2 factor authentification sometimes is stuck. I don't receive the code by email until several trials

Instead of using different platforms and have to insert banking details each time. Deel offfers a standalone place to manage all payees and check progree and time attendance

What do you like best about the product?
The process of signing a contract on Deel is very easy and smooth. All the complexities are broken down into simple steps that are easy to understand. Deel feels authentic and trustworthy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support can be slow and sometimes lacks clarity during urgent payroll or compliance issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and clear contracts with all the necessary details clearly mentioned. I have never signed a contract so smoothly.
Not a Bad Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how the layout was and how easy it was to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like how the layout for the sending documents to verify the account was. It made me send different types of documents for each verification and it was quite a hassle.

I am able to sign contracts with companies without having to make more accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Deel's most helpful feature is its fastest way to transfer your money to your Bank account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful detail about is its transfers' rates.

Deel is helping us, contractors, to have a better view about our payment invoices.
Deel added a layer of impenetrable bureaucracy that delayed contract ratification and payment.
What do you like best about the product?
As far as my experience goes, very little.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rather than facilitating easy international contracting and payment as promised, Deel added a layer of impenetrable bureaucracy that delayed contract ratification and payment. I was told by my employer that I should contract Deel with any questions as my contract was now with them. They could answer none of them, but assured me they would follow up with answers. They never did, instead creating a new ticket for each follow inquiry I made. This resulted in an impenetrable mess of tickets on their end and no support. While Deel may work well for employers, it is not set up to efficiently support independent contractors.

They created layers of bureaucracy and delayed my contracting and payment.

Seamless experience, UI is really good easy transfer, Deel card is cool as well

Conversion rates are not good from dollar to PKR , options to transfer money from account to paypal is not ideal as well it has a lot of fees

The app is user friendly, it is easy to navigate plus the efficient of the withdrawal methods. I also like how it does not have any transfer fee whatever payment method you want to transfer your money.

Support is generally helpful but can occasionally be slow to respond during high-traffic periods. More flexibility and faster resolution times would improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the hassle of managing salary slips, contract documentation, and international payments. As a remote software developer, I benefit from having clear, downloadable payslips each month and timely salary credit on the expected date. It also ensures compliance with local regulations and removes the need for manual invoicing or chasing payment updates. This reliability allows me to focus more on my work and worry less about backend processes.
