My experience has been really easy.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Deel is that there are multiple modes of withdrawing money. I appreciate this feature a lot, as it makes it easier to handle foreign currency. There are low withdrawal fees as well, which is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using Deel, there was a minimum limit as to the amount I could have withdrawn to my bank account. I needed at least 100 Euros, in my case, to be able to withdraw straight to my bank account, which was a little difficult since I worked for small wages at that time. However, as I mentioned previously, there were other ways to withdraw so this issue was easily solved. I just disliked that feature for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving my problem of figuring out how I was gonna receive payment from my foreign employers. This is my first time being employed by a foreign company, and Deel has made it easy for me to receive my payment and be able to access it.

They've got a lot of payout options and it's genuinely great to use tbh

I don't dislike much about it just that their mobile app is updated too frequently and forces me to update

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has made it incredibly easy to hire and pay contractors around the world. The onboarding process is simple, the dashboard is intuitive, and the compliance support gives peace of mind when working across different countries. I also appreciate the timely payments and transparent fee structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the document review process can take a bit longer than expected, especially when dealing with less common countries. The customer support is helpful, but response times could be quicker during high-volume periods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping us manage international contractor payments and compliance without needing to set up local entities or navigate complex labor laws. This has allowed us to scale our team globally with confidence, reduce administrative overhead, and ensure our hiring practices remain legally compliant.

Have not seen many downsides, maybe the amount of money you need to pay for an advance is a bit high.

What do you like best about the product?
More than just a payment platform. I can pay online with Deel card. It is very useful for me as a digital nomad.
What do you dislike about the product?
Repeated identity, location, etc. verification processes sometimes prevent me from receiving payment. During the location verification process, I shared my foreign identity information, but it was not enough, I had to upload files 3 times, but the process was completed quickly.

I can receive payments from abroad and transfer my money anywhere in the world and make monthly payments directly via deel card.
