Deel was a very smooth and easy to use payroll platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, it doesn't have a feature where I can send money to other Deel users, so that must be added.

Deel Advance since it allows me to borrow while waiting for my payday

It is so user friendly and intuitive. I find it so easy, fast and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for the time to see the balance reflected in my Colombian account to be faster, but to be honest it is quite fast already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a freelance that is payed in dollars and lives in Colombia. So Deel is an ideal way for my American employers to pay me.

The interface is very nice visually, and I like the automatic transfer option to my card without the need to do it manually

The large widget-style screen interface can be better optimized, perhaps make it more like a transitional bank web app, which would help the user more with the learning curve of the Deel platform

It is very transparent about how much I will receive in payment and when I will receive it

We are just so lucky we found deel who is not charging freelancers with an enormous charges. This is a deal breaker

Nothing. All seems fine and experience is beyond expectation

The charges are not that expensive compare to other platform.

While powerful, the reporting dashboard can feel limited in customization, and support response times could be quicker during high-traffic periods.

Delays with transactions and payments, we had issues before but DEEL support team resolved it fast.

Intuitive and reliable tool for employees. You can see where is your payroll, how long it will take.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fees for transferring money to your account. If you use it as an intermediary and want to get money ASAP to your bank account, you pay some fees.
